A great grater!
On first unpacking I was impressed with the build quality of the product. It's not "just a grater" it's a multi-purpose product. You have a box grater with standard-size large and small grating on opposite sides. Cleverly attached to the side is a plane grater which can be detached, ideal for testing and hard foods like parmesan or even nutmeg. Opposite is a sharp slicer which produces nice thin slices of things like onions or cucumber. Attached to the bottom is a small graduated container which has graduations up to 300ml or 1 1/4 cups, very handy. It also has a detachable lid which can be used to seal what you have been grated for storage. The top handle is rubberised making it easy to grip and use. My old metal grater has now been retired.

Very versatile grater
This product is very versatile and sturdy. The storage pot is a great touch and you can store the smelly foods such as garlic and ginger etc in the fridge without using another tub.

OXO grater
Great but bulky If you have limited cupboard space wouldn’t recommend. Could get a small one that does the job and more than half the price. Great perks detachable lemon zester, but unless your and avid baker or love grater your spices. I wouldn’t miss it.

Great product!
Great product, very easy to use. The grip is sturdy and it grates very well. The box is a wonderful addition - no mess and super easy to store leftovers in the fridge. The removable grater is also very useful - means I don’t need one extra product in the kitchen! Great product overall and would definitely recommend and keep using!

Great grater, each side works really well and it’s so easy to grate with. The best bit is the box attachment which you can grate straight into. It also comes with a lid for the box offering a sealed container to keep stuff fresh

Great all-in-one kitchen gadget
Found this gadget really handy. The tub at the bottom is great for collecting whatever has been grated, but by far the best part of this is the removable zester. It acts like a microplane meaning you can either zest into the tub, or do it straight over food for a natural decorative finish. I have a couple of oxo bits and really love the non-slip grip too, and this is no exception. Love it.

Sharp, smart design
The OXO grater and zester is very well designed. By being able to clip the zester into the box grater, I can keep tools used for similar purposes together, making it much easier to find them, rather than rooting through drawers. I also really appreciate the container that clips on to the bottom to contain the gratings. That it can also measure the contents is a bonus that hasn’t come in handy for gratings yet, but it’s been a godsend for smaller quantities generally. Finally, the edges of the graters are razor-sharp - I’ve kept the protective foil to reapply because I’ve nicked my fingers lightly a couple of times. It’s been an absolute delight to use on vegetables though!

Versatile and high quality grater
I think the OXO Good Grips Box Grater With Removable Zester is great (or grate…no?). It feels like it’s sturdy and high quality - quite robust. I like that it’s non-slip too which is always handy and helps make it feel safe. The removable zester is a nice addition, easy to use and works well - and saves you having a separate one in the drawer. I also liked having the little storage pot - helpful for when you grate a bit too much and want to save if for later. And also easy to have on the grater when using too - it added a bit of height to the grater which I found useful when grating cheese. All in all a great product to have

Great Product
I've been using this grater for a couple of weeks now almost daily and think it's a really great product. I had been using a own brand supermarket version before this and thie is a real upgrade. Grater is sharp and all the options work well. The attachable container is a really handy addition and means I can store any excess until next use. I think this feature is definitely worth a bit of extra cost. I haven't really had a need to use the detachable zester much yet but it also seems a decent addition.

Wow!.. very impressed with this grater! ive always been someone who has never given any thought when buying a grater and was always happy to buy cheap and cheerful. i was very wrong! the ease of grating and how quickly this grates is amazing and a real eye opener! the quality feel and sturdiness is impressive and the added removable box and zester are very nice touches. overall a quality piece of equipment that i would highly recommend... its GRATE!!!

Grater that does the job!
It is very sturdy and am loving gthe detachable box, this is so handy for all the grated food. It is very sharp which makes the job quicker, but use with care. For me, the zester was the best feature as it is made so easy.

Great quality and comfortable
Who knew how handy an attached measuring cup could be?! The grater itself is great, sharp, smooth to use and I like that the micrograter/zester is removable as it’s perfect to put on the table and use for Parmesan over pasta. But the detachable “measuring cup”/container is so useful. The bottom is rubber so no movement when using the grater, and it really comes in handy when following a recipe that needs measurement of something you need grated (or chopped small). Cups on one side, ml on the other. Very pleased, definitely recommend.

Excellent grater
This grater is really easy to use, the grips make the grater comfy to handle and stable on your work surface. Found it really easy to use without having it flat on a surface too. The slicing blade I feel is a bit too low down, I wanted to thinly slice carrots but it was difficult to get them to slice without hitting the end. Other than that it's amazing and has replaced our old grater. The little container that goes on the bottom is really useful too.

Excellent grater & zester in one!
I received the OXO grater in perfect timing as my old one, which was also an OXO one, broke after 10 years! This new grater has a new design for the blades which is really sharp and it’s flatter so I find it’s easier to clean. The cheese grater just glides and gives nice smooth slices. I used the zester part to grate ginger and was brilliant. I would definitely recommend buying if looking for a long lasting grater.
