Comfortable and effective
Comfortable, soft but very effective pads. I felt comfy and secure wearing them. Absorbed any leakage beautifully without wetness feeling or odour. Highly recommend.

They do what they should
These pads are absorbent and comfortable to wear and being fragrance free makes them great for everyone, even those of us who are sensitive to fragrances in products. These pads are long enough to have you covered front and back but thin enough to be discreet even under yoga pants.

When I first tried Always Discreet for Sensitive Bladder Pads I found them so light and less bulky than most other pads. When I had a coughing episode the Always Discreet pad worked well except wasn't wide enough to catch all bladder leakage. I tried overlapping two of the Always Discreet for sensitive bladder pads and found this to be successful in any bladder leakage I had. I did this a few times and found my underwear stayed dry each time. So I would need product a little wider across to feel confident to buy myself. As it is would have to be a No I wouldn't purchase this product.

Great product, definitely recommend!
Really loved this product. Fits well in underwear and once you figure out the placement, it doesn't bunch up at all. Good adhesive that stays in place. These are really comfortable and I hardly know it's there. I'm also going to try the Small size to see which is best for me, but I'll definitely be using this product again.

EXCELLENT bladder leakage absorber
This is a wonderful product. I usually only lose a few drops every now and then but over the last few weeks i developed a dreadful persistent cough that increased my leakage problem immensely! These pads were a godsend. They absorb a lot more than normal and you hardly know you are wearing one. They are odour free too which is really good .I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE WHO HAS A LEAKAGE PROBLEM. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to try them.When this pack runs out I WILL BUY ANOTHER that is for sure.

unsuited to my situation
I found the product to be totally unsuitable for my needs. Too narrow, too short and and not absorbent enough. On the plus side loved no nasties and odor control. Would be better for a smaller lady.

Always discreet long liners
They are quite a good fit, very comfy and offer great adsorbency. The only issue was decifering which way goes towards the front. Having said that I will be purchasing these in the future.

Comfortable Fitting Pads
These pads come in minimum packaging. They are thin and adhere really well to underpants with no bunching or moving. They are very comfortable to wear and don't show at all. The pads absorb urine very well and I didn't feel any wetness. I felt no discomfort at all wearing them and will certainly be buying them in future.

A well made item that provides good overall adhesion to your underwear. Small elastic seams are visible and help prevent embarrassing leakage. The pack itself is quite small even though it contains a number of pads.
