Breville AquaStation™ Chilled + Hot LWA600

Absolutely amazing. Can not fault the Breville aqua station really easy to set up and use. The custom settings are amazing if you have children and water bottles to fill, they won't become overfilled or pre set the hot for your favourite coffee mug. I absolutely love how fast you can have filtered hot or cold water it keeps up really well with busy morning routines. The unit is super easy to refill. Filter is easy to change and gives the best water quality. I have noticed a huge difference in the taste of our water. I had my eye on this product for a while as as it has some amazing features and just doesn't compare to other filters on the market!

After receiving the aquastation, I was very impressed with it's strong, sturdy build. After reading through the manual, it seemed a little daunting having to go through the steps to flush out the new filter and machine itself. I felt it gave too much information which people like my partner tend to avoid reading manuals for this reason. However as it's a high end product, I was willing to take the 5min to thoroughly read through the steps. In fact, it was quite easy to do despite the paragraphs of instructions in the manual. Now it was time to rest the cold water and it was so fast to chill to 5 degrees. My cold tea was just perfect however on a humid day I'd have to add ice. The hot water started off slow. At first for green tea at 80 deg, it wasn't hot enough. However I set it to black tea at max 100 deg Celcius and it was perfect. Although i would like it a little more hotter for coffees, possibly 120. I'm able to sip fast at 100, so 120 would be sufficient.

The unit is good overall it’s a tad noisey and the build quality I got wasn’t the best but I guess it is a test unit.

The Breville Activ360 is a useful bit of kit for myself and my partner as we do not own a fridge that dispenses chilled water. It's interface is straightforward with a hot and cold button and a favourite button for each as well as the dispense button. During the Summer this is a godsend when coming back indoors to have a cool glass of water. It also boils water and has a favourite programmable button for cold and hot to set ML. Now in the mornings my partner can wake up, set her coffee mug in and press the hot favourite to fill her mug to her level without monitoring. Also great for filling instant cup noodles for a quick snack! It's negative is it's size. It takes up quite a bit of bench space but it's somewhat necessary for the 2.5L water tank it houses on top to not have to fill up too often depending on how many in the household. Overall, I do enjoy this product for the sake of chilled, readily available water that is easy to use for adults and kids alike.

A very innovative device, which delivers filtered cold and hot water in seconds. The machine itself is well-designed and looks good in the kitchen. It is quite large, but a valuable addition to our household. Even if it’s always on standby it uses not a lot of electricity and it is very energy efficient. I experienced a problem with the machine, where it did not heat water even when I used the hot water option. After that it showed me the error code E03, which indicated a problem with the heating element. Unfortunately the only suggestion to fix this in the manual is to contact the Breville customer service, so I contacted first the hometester club. I turned the power off and the error code disappeared. Since then I had no problems anymore and the machine produced always great tasting cold and hot water.

I love this so much my favourite thing is that it makes cold coffee ice coffee it's easy to use a bit expensive but so worth it.
