CeraVe Moisturising Lotion

This experience was my first time trying CeraVe, and this product (the Moisturising Lotion) was a great introduction to the brand. Prior to this, I wasn't aware of CeraVe, so I started the trial very blank and unbiased. There was one moment that really exhibited this products efficacy - the highlight of this whole experiment: when my legs were really dry and had visible white flakes coming off my skin. I had been neglecting my skin and didn't realise until then how dry it was. Luckily for me, I had CeraVe in the car with me (I was on passenger side - not dangerously driving while slapping skincare on myself.) CeraVe was all it took to revitalise and put the life back into my skin; my legs absorbed the almost-liquid-y lotion and replenished instantly. I didn't need to reapply throughout the day again (which is a plus) and the white flakey skin hasn't been an issue ever since - the first sign of dehydration and I just get out my trusty CeraVe.

My legs were really dry and cracked pre trial of the moisturising lotion, it has improved the dryness by about 50% in the two weeks I have used it. I would definitely recommend for long term use for moisture improvement of your skin.

At first I assumed the product was more of a "medicinal" type product, rather than something I might use every day. However, using the product everyday on my body I did see a considerable difference in the softness skin, which is usually very dry. I started using this on my face too after I got a facial that dried out my skin badly, and was surprised that my face felt softer in just a day. The product is lightweight and does not leave a greasy feeling on your skin, as it is absorbed quickly. I would recommend this product and will definitely continue to use it.

I really really like this product. At first I was cautious and used it on my arm as its not as sensitive as my face and hands are and then I started to use it on my hands and then onto my face. I have used so many types of moisturisers and this is by far my favourite. When you put it on, it glides so It doesn't pull your skin (which causes wrinkles In the long run) and it isn't greasy or wet feeling.. its perfect and I hardly say that about anything. Also most moisturisers I have used would not keep my skin hydrated all night. My skin would feel dry even half an hour after using but this keeps me feeling soft and hydrated all day and night. Also I have very mild eczema but my hand was so itchy and red and I applied this and within a few minutes the itchiness went away. I am thankful to be able to participate in this round as I have found a new favourite.

I am very happy i got introduced to this wonderful product. Before using this product, I have red, flaky skin and rough to touch and itchy. At first application, it took time to absorb by my skin but when it got dried, i found it was amazing as i felt instantly moisturized and felt my skin became soft right after. It really works on very dry skin and it good for sensitive skin as i have. My skin's flakiness, redness and itchiness were gone when using this product. The fact that it is non comedogenic which wont block my skin pore is very good . Very lightweight, absorbs quickly by my skin and and provides longer hydration on my skin. I would definitely recommend CeraVe moisturizing lotion to everyone and would definitely purchase this product again.

I loved using this product. Didn’t make my hands feel gross or like I had to wash them after use. It also didn’t make my legs feel like they had a sticky/oily film on them like most moisturisers do. The only downside was that it did make my legs sting/itch for the first 30 mins after use. At first I thought was just because I shaved my legs so I left them for a few days and it was still happening after 4 days. I would still use this product though because of the great feel and result

If you are looking for a quick absorbing product that won’t leave any greasy residue, CeraVe is the product for you! I was amazed how quickly it absorbed and how easy it was to spread even a small amount of product. The flip side of being so easily absorbed is I felt that the hydration this product provided wasn’t as intense as some of the more “thick” or “greasier” products however I will be incorporating CeraVe as a morning body moisturiser as it is so quick to absorb I don’t have to spend 10 minutes waiting on a lotion to absorb in the morning now! Great for a day time top up for a more intense night time moisturing formula.

I specifically used this CeraVe Moisturising Lotion on my hands as I get really bad contact dermatitis and occasionally eczema. It helped a great deal with my dry hands, I did have to reapply after washing my hands but that didn't worry me. It has a really lovely formula that doesn't leave a greasy film and you only need to use a little bit which means it's also great value for money! I will definitely be purchasing this again!!

CeraVe Moisturiser is fantastic! It provided my skin with a hydrating, silky coat and it kept it moisture for over 24 hours. It is not thick to put on and didn't leave my skin feeling sticky. I could put clothes on straight away without it feeling like it could come off and did not irritate my skin. Overall it is amazing and I intend of buying it!

My first thoughts when I received the product was that I loved it came in a pump bottle, this makes it super quick to use & im likely to use it more often in this form. Being winter and having a toddler & baby I enjoyed that it absorbed quickly so I could get on with my day. I had no reactions from the product and it didn’t have a fragrance which I liked.

I liked that CeraVe Moisturising Lotion was light and not greasy feeling, I found it to be hydrating but not as nourishing and moisturising. It’s a really nice cream and my husband liked that it didn’t smell too feminine so he liked using it too. I think I would like using this more as a summer moisturiser.
