They are very comfy, nice material and have a good liquid hold. The leakage is quite good as it doesn’t really leak either.

This product was tested by my father, who is fairly incontinent. The absorbency was very good, however he said that the pants felt very bulky, and he was conscious of wearing them even around his family. He said that he could wear them at night, however would not go out in them as he felt undignified.

These Depend underwear are very comfortbale to wear initally and get better throughout the day as they fit to your body. Would not recommend to wear the whole day as I started to sweat and not as breathable as cotten underwear. Great for an event or for a few hours to give protection and peace of mind. Very absorbent, undetectable when wear pants, do not make noise like some competitiors products when walking and odour free. Perhaps a little large overall and waistband was a little too tight for me but otherwise a wonderful product that works effectively

I was hesitant and self-conscious when trialing these underwear. While not actually incontenant I do have some long drives where the sprint to the roadside bathroom is frightening at times. These padded underwear are not the same as your daily underwear in that one is aware of the padding when first worn. However that said you soon become used to them and they are comfortable. They are not noticeable and can be worn in any environment. The security they offer is evident from the outset and they look as close to normal underwear as you can get. The fabric is soft and comfortable. They are very Ray to put on and off and on and sit comfortably. No constant adjusting necessary.
