Looks good but...
Looks smooth stylish and slick. Probably enviromently friendly. My problem is that it is so smooth that it just does not work as it should. I use a Gillette disposable which while not as classy looking works exceptionally well by comparison. Also I liked the way the blade flicks off but that probably works a bit to well. Popped off without any effort from me whatsoever right in the middle of a shave. I compared the cost price with others at the supermarket and it seemed to be good value if only it would work properly. It felt very smooth to use but it just does not give a good shave. Sorry but it failed.

Pro glide review
I found the blade good. It worked better on shorter stubble then 3-4 day growth. I found the extra blade very handy. Did a great job.

Smooth face
Was so surprised at just how much better this Gillette Proglide Razor performed against any other razor I have used in the past and I definitely will always be purchasing this Gillette Proglide Razor in the future. My face is smooth after I shave and no nicks or cuts which I would sometimes get with my old razor. Give it a try because you will not be disappointed in its performance.

Daily razor
The handle felt good in the hand, and the pivoting head was a nice design. I found the razor area was too bulky to get close in under my nose, leaving irritating whiskers

Sharper for longer
The razor was a nice weight to use. New, the razor was super sharp and super close. The blades remained sharp for more uses than the previous blades I used. All packaging is recyclable cardboard, no bulky hard to open plastic packaging.

Smooth Shaving

A smooth, balanced close shave.
When I first complete my assessment and posted it on my Facebook page all I could say was wow. I have tried to find a good razor as I have a fairly heavy growth.until now I have found ok razors but when I tried this one I asked my wife to rate the finish on my face and she could find no faults.I had no rough spots my jaw line with closely shaved and that is where I would normally not be able to get as close a shave as I liked but with this razor it was excellent. From a handling point of view having the metal handle meant it was really well balanced. The five blades and the lubricating strip meant the razor simply glided around the prominent points of my facial structures. All in all a great razor, well balanced, and gives a smooth outcome.

Five Blades = Brilliant
At first I was a little concerned at about using a 5 blade razor anywhere near my skin. After several weeks of using the Proglide I’m sold. The shave is so smooth even with a couple of days growth to deal with, and I’ve not had any shaving rash since using Proglide. The handle is sort of heavy which somehow makes it easy to operate compared to the plastic types. Changing the blades is also super easy. Go get one
