Glow Lab Hydrating Shampoo

I have dry coarse hair that has been colour and chemically treated that is prone to frizziness. Despite this being marketed as a 'hydrating' shampoo, I found that it felt rougher than my usual shampoo as I was working it in. It foamed up ok and cleaned my hair well, but somehow it didn't have the smoothing effect of my regular shampoo, and my dry coarse hair felt coarse to the touch. Perhaps I actually need silicones.

This is a good quality shampoo that creates a soft and creamy lather to gently wash hair. It has a mild and pleasant tropical coconut scent and leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth and hydrated every time I use it.

Glow Lab Hydrating Shampoo is just average. While it cleanses my hair well enough, I didn't find it particularly hydrating as claimed. After using it, my hair felt somewhat dry and lacked the softness I was hoping for. The scent was pleasant, but it didn't last long. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the results, and I don't think I'll be repurchasing this shampoo.

We stayed at an AirBnB about 8 months ago, with some friends, & they had these lovely products in the 2 bathrooms. I was lucky enough to get this particular one in mine. I have baby-fine hair so wouldn't normally buy oil based hair products, & I only use a leave in conditioner. But these products are gorgeous, even the conditioner, of which I had to use a teeny bit, having forgotten to pack my L/I. I was pleasantly surprised; my hair felt really clean, with none of that limp, residual feeling that I normally get with "hydrating" shampoos. And the smell is heavenly. If it wasn't so expensive, I would probably buy it more often. I have found, however, that it makes a really nice addition to a "girly" hamper, for someone who's difficult to buy for.

The product claims a 43% improvement in hair condition after 1 use. Now while the price was much higher than anything I would usually purchase from the supermarket (as opposed to a health store) I was impressed by the list contained on the bottle of harmful ingredients it did not contain and it did actually seem to contain many ingredients I could understand and that seemed beneficial. It was on sale for 50% so I thought why not give it a try. My hair in general is dry, heat damaged, thick with an oily scalp and thin/flat at the roots. I was suprised at how creamy this product was and it has a nice scent. I did feel like one pump was sufficient to get enough product to feel like my hair/scalp was clean. It doesn't foam up as much as some other shampoo products because it doesn't contain SLS which can irritate skin. My skin is sensitive. I had no skin irritation to this product. After one use (paired with the matching conditioner) my hair was definitely smoother, sleeker, and softer.

This shampoo and conditioner are so hydrating and nourishing for curls, i highly recommend it for damaged and dry hair as it is super hydrating! Also love the smell which is a bonus

As a curly girl, I try to steer clear of products with any nasty ingredients so the glow lab products get the tick of approval from me. Nice scent and cleans my hair and scalp well - would recommend!

Left my hair shiny and soft. It alright but not the greatest product out there. Gave it a try since it was on sale. Good thing was it vegan.

I liked that it's eco friendly product, vegan and cruelty free. Always trying to choose such products, however this shampoo was disappointment. Felt I need so much of it to wash my hair and did not feel I can properly massage in my hair. Tried once but that's about it.
