Love this Tea
Both my partner and I love this tea, definitely sets us up for some relaxation before bed and find we drift off to sleep a lot easier than without it. Tastes lovely too. I highly recommend =D

Another great flavor from higher-end living with ingredients to support a good night's sleep. Lovely to sip on after dinner in the evening and definitely notice feeling much calmer and easier to get to sleep after this.

Sweet Dreams indeed
I found Higher Living Sweet Dreams tea when my normal brand was not available. I am glad I did! Sweet Dreams has a lovely earthy fragrance and flavor that calms the clamour and stress of the day right down. The lemon balm, peppermint, lavender and chamomile do wonders for the brain and blend so well. I do not add sugar or honey, just let the organic herb blend do its job. Plus the box is cute. Give it a try!

Sleepytime satisfaction
This is my go to calming tea at night. Sitting down and slowly sipping it hits all the warm notes that aid in preparing the body for sleep. Ice tried many night time blends, but always return to this one.

So calming
This was my first purchase for my mother, who has difficulties sleeping. The smell and taste of lavander and camomil appeal to her much. When she drinks gently, she says she feels relaxed and calm. I decided to give it a shot after her advise. It tastes great, smells great, and makes me feel calm after a nice hot cup. Excellent tea.

Great Product
Ever since stumbling across this tea in the isles it has been a staple in our house. The calming qualities of the tea have been a great help in having a good nights sleep. I was skeptical at first on whether it would actually have any effect, and it may be a little bit of placebo, but we find it to be the best thing so far that is natural to aid with sleeping. Highly recommend!

It works!
A product that really works. I drink a pot of this before bed every night before bed and it really does make drifting off to sleep a lot better i wake up refreshed and energised

Soothing
Who would have thought of putting chamomile and lavender together. This is genius. You can really taste the flavours in this tea. And it certainly does help to relax and smooth you at night. I have this just before bed.
