Inghams seasoning..
We use this all the time.its especially great on chicken wings.flour..egged..coat wings cooked in air fryer..oven..or deep fryer it tasted yummy.one of our favourite recipes for coating chicken pieces of any type.

Quality product
The ingredients are excellent, coats well, however the overall pack size could be bigger as 2 packs were needed for me.

Better Options available.
Firstly, the Inghams blend is quite a good blend, with plenty of flavour. Biggest drawback is that the pack is quite small, and needs more to cover a batch of chicken thoroughly (thanks to my prior experience at KFC). The best one I have found is from Asian Grocery stores, (made in Korea). It comes from a company called Woomtree and it's a 1KG bag for about $7. Inghams should look at doing the same and releasing a bulk pack through specialty stores, if the major 2 don't support it. I have tried the Inghams one again, as my local Asian grocer is out of stock atm.

Yummy Chicken Coating
I love this simplicity of this chicken coating. I simply coat the chicken then pop it in the oven. I do fry it sometimes, but prefer to pop in the oven for a healthier option. The taste is great and has a long shelf life too.

Coating mix
This chicken seasoning mix is so easy to use. When I'm looking to make chicken and chips for tea I buy this to coat chicken tenders is. Sometimes I cut up a chicken breast and make nuggets. This makes every piece flavoursome and crunchy. The whole family love it.
