Joy St Protein Puffs Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream

The Joy St Sweet Chilli and Sour Cream Protein Puffs have my heart! They're my current go-to snack (Sometimes girl dinner), and I always purchase several bags with every grocery shop. If you can overcome the initial difference of this not being a junk food-based product, expecting some difference in taste and texture, I feel that Joy St did a brilliant job balancing 'health' and 'treat'. I honestly feel like I'm having a delicious treat when I eat these, and would seek them out over standard, low-protein alternatives. The fact that they have a higher protein content for me is just an added bonus! Like regular chips, they're calorie dense, and I find it hard to eat just one portion, but that's a me problem! I hope these puffs can be purchased for a long time, because I don't see my Joy St habit going away!

These puffs are a great alternative to normal unhealthy chips. They have a great texture and taste to them but are quite pricy (which was to be expected considering the benefits). It would be hard to buy them often but every once in a while would be fine.

Addictive! As a health enthusiast I love finding healthier alternatives. These are perfect for snacking and the added protein helps bump up my intake. The sweet Chilli flavour is delicious.

Great packaging that grabbed my eye when shopping. They taste very nice when you take the first bite however, they have a weird after taste and texture. I don’t think I would buy again

The taste is nice, lots of flavour. But the texture is very sharp and hurts the food of my mouth when I ate them. I have tried the other flavours but they all have this off putting texture.

I started out trying these puffs as a swap for chips and I’ve really enjoyed it! This particular flavour I found a bit too spicy but definitely love that there is this alternative out there!

I enjoyed the flavour & a healthy filling snack however the texture is almost like they are stale

I loved the sound of everything about this but when it came down to it I wasn’t in love, to me the crunch reminded me of stale chips I’d left sit for a little while and then come back to and they were a little bit bland to me so just missed the mark

Tasty, not unhealthy, filling snack that lasts much longer than a bag of chips. They taste great and fill you up on a quick break at work

Love these little morsels of crunch. I could eat the whole bag. Lots of flavour.

Tried these for the 4pm lag and they were the perfect balance of salty sweet and crunchy without the added oil and calories. Regular in the household Now

I put these in my picnic basket for a day out and found them to be a great addition to the snacks! The flavour was great and they went well with the cheese and dips

These taste great, I can enjoy without the guilt, as they are a healthy alternative to chips. Love the flavour. I would recommend if you are looking for a great tasting healthy snack.

Overall I think the taste was great as well as the crunchy texture. I purchase these when I’m trying to feel less guilt for buying a snack in the chip isle. I usually wait for them to be on special at my local supermarket
