I think my energy improved but no signs of any improvement to the health of my hair after taking these supplements for 3 months. There are better options available so shop around.

Didn't work for me
I was gifted a 3 month supply of the Hair + Energy formula supplements. Unfortunately I didn't experience any of the claimed benefits and I wouldn't recommend spending money on this particular product.

Not for me
I purchashed these vitamins because of the hype on socials and was excited to try them. I was very disappointed after using them for over 1 month and not noticing any difference. I wouldn't waste my money again!

It does not work
My sister and I were both super excited to try this product. It was all over social media at the time and I went as far as buying 4 bottles to give it a real shot At working. We both noticed no change in our skin or our hair. I do not recommend this product and I wouldn't waste my money trying it again as I tried other vitamins in the js range and went back to Blackmores.

Didn't notice any difference
These might work for some, but I didn't notice any difference to my hair or energy even though I took them regularly till I'd finished the bottle.

Good but didn't notice much
These were nice vitamins that felt like a premium product (with a premium price tag to match!) Overall no issues with taste but didn't feel like they necessarily did anything. In saying that, as with all vitamins, your mileage will vary!

Brilliant for growth
I started taking these in hope they would prevent postpartum hair loss, they did not prevent it but my hair growth since taking these has been incredibly! I have always struggled to grow much further then my shoulders not anymore!

Must have product!
This is an absolute must for me! A friend suggested I try these after I complained to her that a hairdresser cut too much of my hair off (not my usual hairdresser). My hair grew so fast once taking these and the tablets actually give me a small energy boost each day as well! I absolutely feel if I miss a day taking them. My hair feels so much stronger as well taking these tablets. When I went back to my normal hairdresser she commented how much new growth I had and she said she was going to purchase some after seeing my results!

Great for hair
Used this ones after the postpartum hair loss and helped to regrow the hair I lost in three month. Was awful to watch them fall out but this supplement really helped to get my hair back. So really happy about it.

A very gradual result
I have been taking these capsules for a couple of years and yes it does help along with following a good diet. The result is very gradual but if you stick with it, over time it helps.

Accesible and efficient
My hair has never looked this healthy! I went to the hair dresser to get my colour done, payed a fortune for it and this lady burnt my hair. I tried everything to dix it and to help it grow faster. The only thing that actually worked was healing it from the inside with supplements.
