L'OR Barista Milk Frother

I dont really like the one button for hot or cold milk as it doesn't heat it up either way

This is a great little device. Compact in size, it doesn't take up a lot of space on your bench. It is SO easy to use and provides just the right amount of froth for a cappuccino! It appears to froth all types of milk to a good standard with Soy and skim used often here. Of particular note is the ability to froth cold milk!!! this is something we have used often and will continue to use.

I was a little disappointed at first when using the frother. With the coil on - the machine make a ridiculous amount of foam and this is not the style of coffee I like. However one removing the coil the milk frothed beautifully! I wish the machine included a second “max” line for use without the coil. Other than that - the machine cleans brilliantly! Especially because the turning frother is attached to the lid so the cup can be cleaned easily! A wonderful machine!

The design and look of the frother is appealing. Very easy to wash which is a great bonus. Actually heating the milk was the issue. When putting in the small 2cm amount of milk the frother worked great, gave you a few mouthfuls of milk and the rest froth and the froth was fluffy too. For people that like mostly froth this would be the machine for them. I prefer a flat white or latte style froth where you get mostly milk so I took the frothing ring out and put more milk in the jug, this worked to produce the quantities I was after however it did not heat the milk, it only made it like warm and to heat again you had to turn the machine off and back on again and even then it wasn’t hot milk. I did try a few different times but it never produced a latte/flat white hot milk. I only get this machine out when my two little ones want a baby chino now as it’s perfect for that.

The L’OR Milk Frother definitely does what the name suggests, it froths milk. However in my option, it froths milk a little too well. The rotating spring frother coil begins spinning immediately and froths the milk while it is heated. By the time the milk reaches temperature there is so much froth it looks like meringue sitting in the jug. Once you pour it into you cup you’re left with a coffee consisting of 1/4 coffee and 3/4 foam. A little too much. That being said the frother heats the milk to a perfect temperature and is consistent. Its design looks great and is nice to look at on the kitchen bench. Best of all it is incredibly easy to clean with no plastic parts or rotating bits in the bottom of the heating jug. Very well designed. Overall it delivers what it is supposed to, frothy milk. Just a little bit too much froth for me though.

So easy to use, and makes any coffee I have feel fancy and cafe quality. The line on the side letting you know how much milk to put in may seem like it’s not much but once the frother gets to work, it’s plenty. The press of a button and few seconds later, you’ve got frothed milk and it’s great!

Excellent product that took my morning home coffees up a notch. I used to buy a store bought coffee everyday so that my milk was frothed nicely, but now with this don’t need to and have saved a heap of money to date. Highly recommend. Also really user friendly and easy to use. It’s also not huge so sits nicely on our bench top without cluttering it up.

The milk was frothered really well and I was really surprised. The only thing I will mention is there is no lines for Min and Max levels of milk which make it hard to know how much milk to put in.

I tested out both cow and plant-based milk, and while it only heats up the plant milk without the froth, it still delivers on a dreamy heated plant based milk. For animal-based milk, it delivers on a thick heady froth. It's both easy to use and to clean, making it the perfect addition to any home.

The L'OR Milk Frother is an added appliance for any coffee machine. Great functionality with ability to froth milk; heat milk and keep it cold if you like. It was very easy to clean with the attachment handy on the lid you didn't have to fiddle around with different pieces. The only downside is as it takes up an extra space on the wall outlet, an upgrade would be to connect the frother to the machine.

While the frother is easy to use and quick to make hot or cold froth, its cleaning is a lot more painful compared to it's utility. We ended up cleaning it after every use. The default period of frothing also turned the milk too frothy and we were unable to mix the froth with the coffee the first few times. We then started to stop the frothing process once it was adequate for our taste.

Fantastic milk frother! This is a great milk frother for plant based milks. Froths them to perfection! I love the hot and cold function. Frothed milk in hot or cold is wonderful for different seasons and preferences. Extremely happy with this L’Or milk frother!

TheL'OR Milk Frother is wonderful! It creates a lot of froth which is great for making a cappuccino. I also make the kids a hot chocolate with this machine. Will take a couple of go to fill up a cup of hot chololate but it great as it has many uses not just to make froth for a coffee. A winner in our household with both the adults and kids.

I love the L'OR milk frother. It froths milk perfectly and doesn't burn the milk. You can frother milk so that it becomes hot or stays cold. It comes apart easily for cleaning and can be used multiple times without burning if you are making more than 1 cup of coffee at a time. Highly recommend!

Frothed is very easy to use and super simple to clean. The line to where maximum level is difficult to see so sometimes the frothed can overflow easily. Other than that it is an exceptional product which we enjoyed using. It is by far the easiest one I’ve ever owned to clean and use and produces beautiful froth for my coffees. Exceptional.
