It doesn’t sound like much, but it has made the world of difference in my life. I’ve gone from a tired mum to wanting to do things. I no longer feel like a need an afternoon sleep and I am a much nicer person to be around because I am not so tired!

My first impression was positive when seeing the bottle, it looks modern and high quality and was easy to use. I used it to make bullet proof coffee and it mixed in well and I definitely felt more energised and motivated to do things. I didn't necessarily notice effects on my brain and concentration, but it did make me feel good.

I first tried drinking melrose MCT Brain Power on it's own, I was not a fan of the texture or consistency. I then added it to my morning cup of tea which was great. Whilst taking the MCT I had less brain fog especially in the afternoon at work which I normally struggle with, I also felt I had slightly more energy over the course of my day. Overall I think melrose MCT Brain Power is a very beneficial product for both mind and body.

Impressed! As a beauty therapist, I work a few 11 hour shifts a week all on my feet, and usually by 3pm I am reaching for another coffee or more often, an energy drink. I replaced my 3pm pick me up with a teaspoon if the oil and WOW! I was sceptical but this truly made a difference. I was able to keep up conversations with clients, had a great amount of energy without the sugary buzz, and could fall asleep more quickly at night. Getting though a long day and treating up to 30 clients who all want to have a nice chat, and doing it all with only my morning coffee and afternoon MCT oil. I will definitely continue to use the brain power oil, and will have a look at what other products Melrose produce too!

I have been using the Melrose MCT Brain Power for about 10 days and so far have not noticed a difference to my energy levels or concentration. Perhaps if I were using this for a longer time I will notice a difference. The liquid is really easy to take and I poured it straight onto a spoon. The liquid is virtually flavourless and has the faintest texture/ consistency of coconut oil. This would be really easy to incorporate into a smoothie or other drink.

Melrose MCT Brain Power was an easy to use coconut extract that gave me an overall energy boost in the morning giving good mental focus and provided me the ability to not reach for the sugar throughout the day. It did not impact my breakfast meals and was easy to add in, when in a rush I was able to take by its self and the taste was nice. I would recommend
