The ModiBodi full brief is my preferred style of period underwear. I’ve tried their seamless style but this is by far more comfortable and the material feels more breathable while still being everything you want in a period underwear in terms of absorbency and leak proof. The higher gusset at the front on the overnight style is also great for peace of mind for tummy sleepers.

These are comfortable, fit well and provide protection in all the right places. They are leak free with good coverage front and back. I have tried the other brands on the market but these are still the best. I still have pairs that I bought more than 2 years ago. The quality is great and has saved me on many occasions. I wish these were around when I was in high school.

I wear these as a substitute for a panty liner. So discreet and wash very well. Brought a pack of 5 in all different colours. Love these!
