Neutrogena® Oil-Free Eye Make-Up Remover

My mascara and eye makeup stood no chance up against Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover. Simply shake the bottle and apply to a cotton pad and it gently removes your eye makeup, i then washed my eyes with warm water and my skin is left feeling soft and clean.

Overall it's ok, but it didn't completely remove all of my waterproof mascara although it claims to do so. For makeup that isn't waterproof, it works fine and doesn't leave a greasy film which is nice. It didn't sting my eyes and is fragrant-free but there is a slight synthetic chemical smell that isn't bothersome and goes away quickly. Ther small 112 mL bottle could have a different opening so less remover comes out at once and the product is used more efficiently.

I'm very familiar with the Neutrogena skincare range, I've used their fresh foaming cleanser for years so I was really excited to trial their eye makeup remover as a complimentary step with removing my makeup. It's very easy to apply, I just soak a cotton pad with the remover and let it sit on top of my eye makeup for a couple of seconds and it easily swipes away any residual makeup the cleanser didn't pick up. I've also tested it with waterproof mascara as well and it's very effective at breaking down all the mascara without leaving any sticky residue nor leaving any cloudiness in my eye sight like some eye makeup removers tend to do. I'm very impressed with how much it's able to remove without excessively tugging on my eyes and glad I got to be apart of this trial as it's something I would purchase in the future as a great addition to removing all my makeup!

The oil free makeup remover can be used for all over your face but personally I would use this mostly for removing mascara which was always the hardest and messiest to remove with just a cleanser. The makeup remover would help to get rid of all the mascara and little bits off. I would then follow it up with a foaming cleanser. It's so convenient and easy to use.

I purchased this eye makeup remover on a whim and am happy with the results so far. I use a waterproof mascara, eyeliner and eyebrow pencil each day and this remover on a cotton pad removed it easily. It also works really well at removing lip stains/longwear lipstick!

This has been a staple of mine for a long time. Takes off my makeup and does a really good job. Doesn’t have much of a scent which is also great. I have sore eyes and this doesn’t irritate them.

Although it is oil-free this makeup remover feels very oily and leaves a sticky oily residue after use. If you don't mind the oily feel the product actually works very well.

I used this for years and found it to be really effective in getting mascara etc off without harsh rubbing. I have sensitive eyes and didn’t have any issues with stinging. In fact I would say it’s one of the most gentle on the market. I would recommend it.

Love this make up remover. It is so easy to remove all my make up, even stuborn mascara and eye shadow.

This is the only makeup remover that gets my mascara & eyeliner off without pulling & getting in my eye. So much better than micellaer water
