Good cleanser
I thought the Neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser was fantastic. It does a great job of cleansing dirt and oils from the face without drying out my face. Will be adding this to my nightly skincare routine.

Harsh on skin
The first few days of using this cleanser were great; my skin felt deeply cleansed, smooth and clear. I only used it at night, and the only thing I put on my skin during the day is sunscreen. After the first week, I started getting breakouts and noticing more redness on my cheeks. Also, my face often felt tight even after applying serums, oils and moisturiser. I stayed with it in case my skin was purging, however after two weeks the redness had worsened. I would say this cleanser is very harsh, considering I only used it once a day, not twice as recommended. Also my skin is not usually sensitive.

Soft and soothing
The facial cleanser leaves my face feeling soft and fresh as well as doesn’t irritate my skin. The cleanser isn’t harsh and works well for my sensitive skin.

Recommend
Very affordable. Didn’t sting or dry out my face like a lot of other face cleansers I have tried in the past. A little product goes a long way and the pump bottle is super convenient. I will gladly purchase this product once I run out of my current bottle which was used for this trial.

I tried it!
I used the Neutrogena cleanser for a couple of weeks and sound it quite pleasant. I don't usually try stuff with sls but this was very cleansing, and didn't make my skin feel too tight or stripped.

Neutrogena Deep clean cleanser review
After having the chance to test this facial cleanser for two weeks, I have really liked it. My skin feels clean and soft without feeling dried out. I haven’t had outbreaks or blemishes from it. Love it! Will definitely be purchasing!

Great for oily skin!
I really enjoyed the consistency of this cleanser! Foams up quite nicely and helped my skin feel very clean! I normally double-cleanse but found if I double cleansed with this cleanser my skin got a bit too dry after so would recommend only cleansing once with this cleanser unless you have very oily skin. Overall, a very good and reliable cleanser for all ages

I am 100% happy!
I am 100% happy with this face wash! It has a jelly like consistency and is cool and refreshing when first applied, it only takes a few moments to start foaming up as you're using it and leaves the skin feeling refreshed and bright without being stripping or leaving the skin irritated. My skin still feels hydrated after using, even on the days when I need a double cleanse to remove makeup. It has helped keep my usual hormonal break out to a minimum.The ingredients are not harsh at all, in fact, It is gentle on the skin but with a deep cleansing power that can be used on a daily basis. I will definitely continue to buy this product.

Changed my perspective!
I used to have another Neutrogena Cleanser (Blue), but that didn’t work for me so I switched to another brand. After receiving this product from HTC, the brand has once regained my loyalty - I have acne prone combination skin. Though the product is lightly scented (Yes there’s fragrance) but it’s not heavily scented to the extent where it leaves on for long. It doesn’t strip my skin off yet leaving it clean for my next step of skincare routine! Amazing product truly

Oil free
The Neutrogena has helped with my oily face. I have an oily T zones. Normally by 10am I would have an oily face. I do not have to blot my face until about 3/4pm. I feel it did not help with pores though.
