Illusion Curling Wand
Definitely a product for the more experienced. Curling did not have the desired effect as hair kept sliding off the wand. I personally prefer the old school wands that have a clip to secure the hair. On a plus, the heat is good.

Good hair curler
I liked the sleek design of the hair curler and such a bonus that it includes a glove and pouch. Lots of different heat settings. I'm quite a novice at curling my hair but liked that I could just wrap my hair around the wand without using any clamps. Overall my curls looked good and natural but as someone with really thick, long hair it did take a long time to curl and I did need a lot of hairspray to hold the curls.

Not a fan
We have 3 different hair types and sadly none of us could get a curl to hold. We followed instructions and even did Google searches for hair tutorials and still couldn't improve on the technique to make it work.

It's a nice tool
It's a lovely tool to use. I like the different size in the barrel, to give a more natural curl. The glove is a little pointless, and it's not fitted and males it hard to grab hair while wearing. While it curled my hair, it didn't hold. My hair is fine, and I experience this issue with most curlers. Non ceramic curlers work best for my hair.

Curls in an instant with the Illusion.
The Illusion curling wand is great for styling bouncy curls into your hair in just minutes, even with the thickest of hair. While it’s not a product I would use regularly, it’s a great luxury item to have and gives your hair fabulous curls. The added heat glove is also great to avoid burnt fingers!

Very strong curls and user friendly
I found the strength of heat and the ability to adjust via the digital display very user friendly. Depending on the thickness of your hair you can have high or low heat. Quite often you can burn hands whilst curling, so Remington have thought of everything and included a handy glove to help style. A lovely storage bag completes the set! Lovely curled hair was the end result! Loved it

Great results
This curling wand was easy to use and gave a great finish. It was easy to use on both sides of my head and created soft and gentle curls that held up well without using product. It heated up quickly and has a handy storage pouch.

Handy hair curler
Love the thoughtfulness in providing a glove to protect the other hand that is holding the hair in place. Previously, it was hard to curl my hair as there was at risk of burning it from contact with the hot hair

Curling wand
There are no markings on the handle to say what button is the on switch. Also no markings for the up down temperature buttons. Once heated I wrapped my hair around the barrel and held in place for the stated amount of time, after the time I released my hair and there was no curl to my hair. Attempted again and same thing. If you have shorter hair it is very hard to wrap hair around the barrel. Apart from the colour there is nothing good about this product unfortunately

Beautiful sleek design
At first, I love the long cord. It makes it so much easier to curl the hair when you are not limited to one place and you have freedom to stand or not sit next to the power point. Adjustable heat setting is such a great feature. I used it on the lowest setting and it gave my hair a beautiful subtle wave. I did find it a bit tricky to use at first, my hair kept slipping from the curler but it doesn’t take long to get used to.

Curling wand
I think the Remington Illusion Curling Wand is fantastic, it heats up nice and quick and is really easy to use! It has a nice long barrel and comes with a glove so you don’t get nasty burns on your hands. Great for little waves or light curls. Leaves your hair feeling and looking great.
