Eat everyday for afternoon tea
Sams Muesli bars are the perfect work snack. I am always conscious to incorporate as much protein as possible, so the extra 5g is always good.

Family favourite!
This is one of my families favourite flavours! I always stock up when on sale as they are a bit expensive. Tried most of the flavour options and they are all nice. Very filling too which is great!

Crunchy nuts
These are yummy bars & great for a healthy snack. As a chocolate lover, I do prefer the chocolate coated ones, but these are a sure second fave.

Crunch factor
These are so tasty with the prefect balance of sweet, salty and crunch. They are a good size for a snack, or afternoon boost. They are all gluten free, which is a bonus for allergy families or friends. Plus great other flavours are available.

Great for work snack
I bought these to take to work for my afternoon snack. They are delicious and fills me up for the afternoon. Not too gooey either. Will definitely buy again.

Great texture
Love the texture . The macadamia's are really abundant and with the mix of sesame makes a great taste ! The honey is perfectly sweet and not to overdone. Great snack and good for gluten free eaters.

Great Snack
My husband and I love these snacks! They have a great crunch and a healthier option than a lot of other versions out there. My preschoolers are not a fan but probably because of the crunchy texture. I’m not too worried as it means I don’t have to share!
