Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry

I liked the idea of the whole 3 in 1. Cooking a whole dish was easy with just changing the lids over. The "Air Fryer" component took some getting use to - took a bit long and not as much room to cook up the kids snacks. It has a good size cooking bowl. it takes a bit to get use to handling the lids and how to hold them. It would make a good first home gift to someone who doesn't have a cooker.

This machine does it all !!! With so many functions I did take awhile to get used to it , especially when doing a recipe that uses the pressure cooker . I would have liked a countdown of how much time was left . It takes a few minutes to warm up so you have to allow time for the cooking time . I would loved to use the baking function but you don’t get mould in the box that has to be purchased separately. I would also prefer a square or rectangular bowl but then again it something that you can used to .

I have used this product as an airfryer, rice cooker and as a pressure cooker. From a delicious and easy chicken soup to crunchy fried chicken I can’t fault the Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry. I’m excited to use this appliance further and I feel it will be a staple of our kitchen.

I will start with the things I loved about this. The bowl is of good quality, non-stick and very easy to clean Great that it was more then one appliance in one Pressure cooks a whole family meal in no time. 30 minutes for a stew! Easy to use and came with a great recipe books Now the not so good It needs to be on the bench unless you have a really big cupboard to put it in and it has 2 lids for the different functions The air fry function although works well. You need to remember to turn the food manually. I am a tall person and it was fine bit if you were on the short side you may struggle to use it especially getting the bowl out if it was full All in all. It works very well and as its a multi function appliance it saves space buy its still a big machine, I think the pressure cooker function is great however I would still prefer my to use my 3 rack airfryer with the drop down door.

The Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry is the absolute best appliance I've ever used. It's completely taken the place of both my multi-cooker and air fryer that I have been currently using and the fact that once appliance is able to take the place of two is amazing! My whole family has LOVED everything that I've cooked in both the multi-cooker and with the Turbo Crisp lid. It makes dinner a breeze, the bread rise function is my FAVOURITE as I make a lot of bread for my family and it allows me to proof my dough without having to use my oven. The air fryer option makes the tastiest and juiciest whole chicken and the skin is so crispy too! I have used the Tefal cooker every day and sometimes twice a day since I got it. And the best part is that it's super easy to clean too! Having a non-stick bowl and steam tray means that literally nothing sticks to it! If you're looking for an appliance that does it all, you wont regret getting the Tefal Cuisine & Fry Multi-cooker!

What a fantastic cooker! I was pleasantly surprised when unpacking it of how good the build quality feels. The cooker itself feels solid, as does the lid and air fryer lid. In fact, I dropped the lid by accident onto a tile floor and there’s literally no damage on the lid at all. I’ve used it to cook slow cooker dishes, to cook rice and to cook chips, hash browns and sausages for breakfast. It’s super easy to use - you just press the button on the front to choose the type of cooking you’re doing, set the temperature and press start and you’re good to go. Everything that’s come out of this cooker has been cooked to perfection and has tasted really great. We’re now looking for excuses to use it rather than waiting for our old oven to heat up. Would highly recommend purchasing this as an all in one appliance that doesn’t take a whole lot of bench space and heats up quickly.

This Multicooker is great and I enjoyed using this product as it is incredibly easy to use. My family loves it. I cook at home every day and this machine will definitely help me a lot. It does look bulky, but I was able to replace a few appliances with it. I was impressed with the food that’s coming out. It was so tasty. So far I have used it trying a few recipes, but I am looking forward to attempting to make others and in particular desserts. I’ve cooked salmon, veggies, risotto, soups, and made a couple of sauces. The air fryer works very well also. Directions are easy to follow depending on what you are making. I put all the ingredients in the pot and the machine has done the rest. I’ll definitely recommend it to all interested to have a new experience in the kitchen.

This machine is such a God send! It's new home is by benchtop. We've worked it every day since we unpacked it and it has made wonders for us!

The Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry is an appliance that saves using multiple appliances. I love that I can cook multiple ways (bake, stir fry, roast, air fry, stew, ect) within the same appliance. I like how light the actual machine is and easy to lift. The Tefal is easy to clean and once you know how is relatively easy to use. Everything that I have cooked so far has turned out delicious and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, I found the instructions pretty woeful to be honest. I felt lucky that I have used a similar appliance so had a fair idea of how to use it. It is hard to tell when the pressure has released and it is safe to open the lid, the beep is not overly loud. I found it a little dangerous how the air crisp lid completely comes off, having to flip it to cool down without burning myself. It would be good if the recipe book could account for 'pre-heat' time to build the pressure as this adds considerable time to the cook.

My first thought unboxing this was, gosh they really mean XXL, its huge! Adding the Turbo Crisp lids makes it significantly larger than other kitchen appliances (think use of bench space and height might make it too close to top cupboards). However its 12 cup, 4.5 litre capacity means I can cook up a storm for a party. Making it different from (probably all) other multicookers is the curved pot base (I love this! Very useful when you’re juggling a baby in one hand). I am pleased to see the rubber seal very secure around the inner ring in the lid too. It does not come loose after my long pressure cook setting either! Also no splatter on pressure release too! The user manual has a detailed photo quick start guide and included also, is a recipe book with alot of easy recipes to follow. I’ve also tried to steam buns but could only fit 4 on the steam trivet so probably won’t use it for steaming much. But for everything else, its a gem! Perfect all in one, suitable for a large family!

When I first seen & heard about the tefal turbo maxi cuisine & fry. I was excited that I finally came across this magical appliance I had been searching for, 1 appliance that does everything, loved the fact it is a space saver (as my place isnt overly big) and time saver, this mean machine was about to become my time manager. I'm not sure if I set the bar to high but I was honestly expecting so much more from it. Here's why PRO: * potential time & space saver * 11 in 1 appliances no need for mutiple white goods * Can auto cook - still yet to try this out CONS * Can be fiddily and takes abit to get the hang of * quite bulky * too many chunky pieces to it * abit of safety concern especially with kiddies around * takes a while to preheat * Airfryer not as good as my previous cheap one * uneven cooking with airfryer * Can only cook 1 meal/dish at time Overall is I was paying $500 foŕ it I wouldnt happy, there's many improvements that could be done to make this a much better product

What a good product Tefal has put together. Having used other brands of multicookers before, there’s lots of features that make this one stand out. The large bowl would be the most important for me. It will easily accomodate larger cuts of meat without having to pre-cut in smaller pieces. The panel is very intuitive , easy to operate by twisting the main knob. The pressure lid is simple to use, to safely release the pressure and also to clean, without any membranes or aluminium bits that are subject to decoloration and are cumbersome to take apart and reassemble. The cherry on top of the cake is the turbo crisp lid, which allows you to air fry, roast grill and bake. Yes, the extra lid takes some extra space in the pantry but not as much as the air Fryer I don’t need anymore :) If you’re looking for a simple to use, large capacity and quality built multicooker with lots of features, this is the one!

It's so simple to operate the unit. With amazing short period of cooking time, the cuisine tasted like it has been cooked over hours. The cooked meats are so tender and juicy.

After reading all the instruction on what button does what and how to get everything in place, I've tried my hand at making good old fashion OATS and it came out very tasty. From now on I will not make it any other way. Next challenge was a bread. When I first looked at it was an odd shape and not exactly what I would consider a “loaf” but it tasted amazing. Next I am trying buffalo wings and can’t wait to chuck it into the REFAL Cuisine and Fry as if it comes out as good as the first two things I’ve tried I am pretty sure that it will be amazing!

As a busy full time working and full time studying mother the Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry is a game changer! The quick recipes that are provided are great, some as quick as 9 minutes. But even cooking other meals it makes everything so much quicker giving me more time to spend with my children. I was a bit sceptical of the airfryer function as I have a great airfryer BUT the Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry exceeded my expectations and actually made the frozen chips better than my VERY expensive airfryer. By using the Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry I am not only saving time but I will be going through items in my kitchen which I no longer need due to the Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry doing the same job in one handy appliance.
