Glidden E.P1.C Eggshell

I received this product as a tester and let me tell you something - I've been bragging about this to just about everyone that is getting ready or thinking about painting a room, a house, whatever. I'll tell you why in point form here: - The thickness of this product truly makes it a 1-coat and done job - The colour can mask even the strongest of previous coats that you've had before, without issue - The quality is second-to-none The one flaw I found, and this is just because of how thick this product is, is that if you don't intend to paint within a day or two of buying this product, be prepared to stir that sucker for a while because it will separate and you don't want that, you want the full effect of this product. Great job and looking forward to going out and painting some more!

product was easy to use, with no odour. went on smoothly. We put a very light colour over a very dark colour, so we had to do a second coat. very pleased with result. definitely will use again in future!

I really liked the final product once multiple coats were completed (3), however painting a light colour overtop a dark base required 3 coats of paint to completed cover it. The paint was easy to apply, thick and 'sticky' but smooth roll.

I required 2 coats despite the paint being a one coat paint, it had a dough-like pull when it dried and I could see through some areas which was fairly normal from my experience painting several houses. I’m not sure why that happened but it was fixed with a fan to quick dry the dough-y areas and then apply thinner coats. Aside from the above issue the paint was very vibrant and had a decent drying speed. I did have an abundance of dry ventilation so I didn’t notice much of any scent/fumes aside from when mixing it (which is normal). Now that it’s dry, I’ve scratched it and it seems fairly durable. For overlap it coats over small scratches very well (over the scratched testing area) without much need at all for sanding. Though for larger holes and dings it does need a little sanding or putty to fill a hole. Overall a great paint and if applied generously with a great dry ventilation it could probably one coat over a sanded wall

Great paint! Very impressived with this brand of paint as I never purchased this brand before. I live in a condo and I purchased other brands before which stinks and lasted a week! However this brand only smells for a day! It was a nice colour I did change my colour choice by mixing in more white so that my bathroom wasn’t so dark and small. G it looks amazing as it looks so much better! The colour is so vibrant! I can’t wait to buy more paint and paint the rest of my condo! Thank you tester club for letting me test out this product as I wouldn’t have known about this great paint!

I got this paint for renovating my bathroom. Had a grey walls, want to refresh it. Didnt get chance to check for water resistance yet. No complains about smell. I turned bathroom fan ON and by the end of the day everything was OK. I like that I dont need to use primer first. compare to Sico paint, I would probably prefer Sico texture more.

This was a great paint brand. Color was exactly what I was looking for, it went on easily, great coverage and an amazing finish. Very easy to apply, even coats and overall I am extremely pleased with the results!

Unfortunately, my test kit came 2 weeks prior to December and painting was not on the top of my holiday prep list. After painting a small test patch, I found the product to be easy to apply and it covered in one application. The colour tint was exactly what I expected and it was really close to the original paint chip we selected. This paint is suitable for novice painters (like myself) who do not want to waste time (and money) priming with a base coat first. I will complete the wall I started (it is currently hidden by an object) when I have the time to complete it. This is an excellent paint and I will likely use this brand in the future when I paint the interior of my house to freshen it up. So far, I really like the way the paint covers and how it makes painting a little easier. The eggshell finish is exactly like the eggshell sheen we have on other walls. I will add photos of the finished project when complete. Product is Recommended.

The paint does exactly what it claims to do: a single layer was all it took. The paint is very thick (in a good way) which allowed me to make quick work of the wall that was being painted. I had to put more effort into mixing it but it was easily offset by the time saved. It didn’t drip either while I was applying it. The paint was quick to dry, and a few hours later I wasn’t scared of letting my daughter get close. There was only a faint smell left after that which translates to none at all for those without an oversensitive nose. On top of that the smell completely vanished the day after. The paint was easy to clean with warm soapy water and a wet washcloth cleared whatever spilled on the floor. My only gripe is that if you touch an already painted part by accident with something like the steel part of the roller, it can remove everything underneath. You need to be careful once it’s applied to not touch it by accident until it’s dry, but anyone skilled in painting won’t notice it.

We tried the Glidden epic one coat hide interior paint and primer. The color is beautiful ans the the texture is easy to apply. It doesn't smell at all. Although the product is great, one coat will not be enough because we are covering a dark pink color

Paint went on easily and covered well. The shade of the paint was very eye pleasing. I would buy from this retailer in the future

I’m not the most handy, nor the greatest painter which made this product absolutely perfect for me. It truly was one coat coverage, there were a couple spots that I had to go over but was more user error than anything. I am so pleased with the results, I’m hoping to get a gallon of the dark green colour for another project. Trust me, I never thought I’d be so happy with a paint job done by myself!!

Glidden Epic paint was great, it was easy to apply and there was great coverage. I loved that I did not have to get primer and paint separately it did both in one gallon. I would definitely recommend this item.

I m please with the overall results of the paint. Covers well, didn't need to use a lot, finish is nice, low odour and nice finish. It dries very fast though which makes it difficult to make the paint look even and the fact you barely see where the 2nd coat is already divine in the section it s being applied.
