My go to pasta, more and more people are known to be celiac so when I have people over I always by theses and have never had any problems, they taste great and go with any type of sauces.
It’s not bad, but I think the taste of quinoa really comes out and you really need to soak pasta in sauce to get rid of it. Maybe it’s just me, or my batch, but I would not buy it again

Excellent

Not bad, but not good either
I tried this product because it seemed like a healthier choice than wheat pasta. However, it had an odd texture. I'm sure it would be fine if you were in a pinch, but it's not for me!

Excellent Gluten free product
Many gluten free pastas have odd aftertastes and/or are a very strange texture, this product has none of these issues. As as Celiac I appreciate that this product makes an excellent plate of gluten free spaghetti.

Delicious Healthy Alternative
Healthy vegan alternative to wheat and egg pastas. Protein heavy… the box serves about 2-3 people , so it is a bit on the pricy side. Overall I would buy again.
Texture is a bit different ( to be expected). Its a bit expensive especially if a larger quantity is needed.
But to switch things up a bit it is a good substitute for wheat pasta
I really enjoy this pasta. I first time i tried this was when I was trying to loose some weight and I still was craving pasta. This was a great substitue. I made it for my picky husband and even he approved. It has a stronger taste but not a bad one.
I started eating this when I was dairy-free and it was a really good organic pasta that tasted great and went well with any type of sauce.
However, it is quite expensive and is likely only sold at certain grocery stores (such as Independent).
