Taste good and help my vitamin D levels
I purchased these a few months ago and they are very effective at bringing up my vitamin D levels. Sometimes, I find gummy vitamins have a weird taste, but these taste pretty good.

I was very pleased with this vitamin as I live in Norin ern Alberta Canada and the sunshine is the only vitamin D as well as milk that I drink for vitamin D and the doctor recommended i do take vitamin D -------I stand by Jamieson for my Vitamins as they always have discount on buying them be a 2 for one or buy one gebuy oneget one free or percentage of 20% off a function in everyone should take no harm taking down

Good Quality
