Rockstar XD Thermo Green Apple Energy Drink

I really liked the green apple taste of this drink, but had a somewhat artificial sugar aftertaste which is why I gave it 4 stars! It gave me a nice jolt of caffeine and I would buy this again!

Rockstar drinks are a new taste and vibe for me. I can go 50-50 for anything Green Apple - either it is FRESH and FAB or FAKE and FLAT. I was happy to see that I was not reviewing the SOUR Green Apple - lol ;) Every Rockstar drink I have tried has been uniquely refreshing, and the apple flavour complimented this aspect. The caffeine content of this specific variety is very high, which definitely caters to a specific crowd. If you are sensitive to caffeine, have heart heath concerns or do not normally drink caffeinated beverages - this in not for you. If you are able to enjoy caffeine in moderation, this is a great option for something fresh (and cold) whenever you need it. I would try it again, but between the caffeine and sweetness, I would use 1 can as 3 servings.

After trying this Rockstar Green Apple Thermo, and all the other Thermo flavours, I’m not a fan. They all have a super sweet flavour, artificial sugar maybe? It kind of tasted like green apple cotton candy. I’m not fond of the aftertaste either. It does provide a good energy boost, but with the flavour, I can’t see myself purchasing this one. I will stick to the other Rockstar energy drinks.

I actually was surprised with this one, the flavour was great and it kept me awake better than coffee does. I will purchase in the future.

I really enjoyed this energy drink. The flavour was amazing. Make sure it’s very cold when you drink it. It’s very refreshing and I would definitely recommend this drink for an energy boost.

I don't normally drink energy drinks because they usually taste awful (and they don't give me energy). So I was totally surprised when I took a sip of this and it tasted great! It didn't have that weird aftertaste typical of most energy drinks. I didn't notice any extra pep from drinking it, but i didn't get my typical afternoon crash!

I liked that it was only 10 calories. It has a nice green apple flavour to it. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very sweet even though it was sugar free. There was too much sweetener in it and it tasted artificial.

I really enjoyed the initial taste of the green apple but I felt it left a weird aftertaste in my throat. Not sure if that’s from the green tea extract.

Green apple energy drink is awesome! I was really surprised. It’s like a green apple in liquid form that packs a punch of energy. It gave me the energy I needed to get what needed to be done. Better than coffee and I’ve been a die hard coffee person for years.

I liked the flavour of the green apple but im not a fan of the aspartame so it was a bit harder to drink. It does the job when you want to stay awake though.

I love the sour green apple flavour in this energy drink as opposed the usual sweetness of full sugar energy drinks. I tend to drink sugar free, but this one is not overly sweet. I didn't feel jittery at all after drinking it either.

Tastes great and really gave me that extra boost I needed to get through a long day!
