I have been using the chilli powder prepared by mom but when I have moved to different location now was finding difficult. But trust me Aashirvaad is just as good as it's homemade. 😊
The colour is good and nice red. It's not very spicy, it's medium spicy, and can be used to eat fruits esp pineapple, guava and raw mangoes It can be used in pickle making for good colour.
The chilli powder has good fineness but no taste n color , even though it's added double times than the usual usage there is no color n taste.I used for pickle n than to other curries also but the taste is not satisfactory
