Effective

easy to use. fast absorption
it do helps to reduce, but not instantly. you need to use up to more than one bottle to really see the result. however, plus bonus for the roller tip for easy application. be careful that the plastic holding the roller might be a bit rough for your skin. gently swipe it underneath your eye.
