pertama kali terima sampel bijirin ni.. saya terus cuba.mula-mula pakai air suam..sedap tapi tekak ni rase nak rase sejuk pulak.bila dah bancuh air sejuk, sangat2 sedap dan paling best siap ade bijiran kat dalam tu, jadi perut rase kenyang selalu. selepas saya mencuba, perubahan yang ketara saya sangat segar dan bertenaga padahal saya menyusu baby boy lagi.. perut rase kenyang dan ya baby saya pun nampak kenyang.. sangat bagus khasiat bijiran ni bukan saje bagus untuk keseimbangan badan tapi untuk baby meyusu jgk nampak lebih cergas.. jadi kawan2 kat luar sana, yang mane tengah berdiet tu elok amalkan minuman ni.. perut kenyang badan sihat body pulak tip top htcmyxNHNutriGrains, #NHNutriGrains, #hometesterclubmy
