Iv jus joined the group but wud like to comment on the Jungle Bar. My son is 6 and everyday, I send 1 in his lunchpak. It certainly does giv him energy tht is why I dont giv it to my 14yr old who is ADHD. My daughter is in matric and loves it just the same.

I also love them.

I just wish they came in multi-packs (like cereal bars) with a variety of flavours included. That way you've got a supply in your cupboard for your mid-morning snack to take to work with you.
My hubby loves the lite versions (as do I) as well, as he's diabetic, so it's great for him to have something to snack on

This product has been a regular part of our home for some time. I particularly like the yogurt one and have been known to slip out at lunch time once or twice a month to buy one. I dont have a sweet tooth but my boyfriend does and I just think this is healthier to have in the house than doing the late night cafe run to buy a slab of chocolate when he's looking for chocolate. Ive also noticed that he is happier and satisfied after consuming a Jungle Oats Black Chocolate bar than he is after a normal chocolate bar.

Love these, as I'm not a morning person, and get so busy @ work, that I only get around to eating breakfast between 10 & 11 most days.
But these I can have on my way to work. And they keep me going till lunchtime.
I'm a sucker for Dark Chocolate. And since you dont get any dark chocolate bars, only slabs, I must say the Dark Chocolate one is my favourite. I get my dose of chocolate along with some nutritional values, and my cravings & hunger pains have been put to rest.

These products are just horrible, they give you the impression that your eating a healthy on the go snack but actually they are PACKED with hidden sugars and are high GI and sorry to say ladies , have MORE calories than your average chocolate bar. Theres a lot of guilt packed in there and they defeat the point of being healthy. Jungle make another product though which is dired nuts and fruit bar and those are now healthy and guiltfree. Read the nutritional facts girls!
