Great way to have a 'sweet' and get a bit of energy. I find I can never drink a whole Energade drink so these are a perfect substitute.

I chew on this while jogging. It keeps the dry mouth and sometimes coughing away. And it tastes great. Don't know about the extra energy, though.

We took these on a hike and they were fantastic! Flavour was very good and they really did give an extra boost. Light to carry in a backpack and really effective. I will definitely get these again.
