I have used USN before, and I must say that the CLA and Fat burners are quite effective. the only thing I don't like is that the fat burners makes me shake.
The 1 week samples that I received in my last pack cannot give you an exact depiction of the effectiveness of the product, as these products should e used over a period of time (3-6 months) to really see the difference. You must also incorporate it with a healthy diet and exercise plan.

I have tried the USN Phedra cut Toning Liquid and it really does work, you need to have your rehular exercise but it does help burn the fat and tone your body, I lost 7kg in 4 months while on USN and if it were more affordable I would definitely keep on buying it, it tastes great and you have a lot of energy especially fter going to the gym

I did not receive the products; but judging by the comments some of you did. Some words of advice; of the three products mentioned; the "Carb Blocker" ought to be most effective. Carbohydrates are turned into sugar once digested and sugar slows down your metabolic rate, which is the main cause for weight gain. "Fat Block" is useful for cholesterol disorders; but not for longterm weight loss. The reason being, that your body needs fats or oils to enable the correct functioning of your metabolism to utilise the energy available. Also; loss of essentioal oils and fats may lead to dry skin and hair etc. The appetite control product; should it contain Guarana Extract; be careful to use this in cases of high blood pressure, use of presctyption psychiatric drugs and nervous disorders; especially epilepsy. Guarana Extract has the side effect as that of a stimulant. Where previously "nor-pseudo ephedrine" was used as an appetite suppressant (since banned/ schedule 7- thank goodness!), Guarana Extract is the "natural" alternative. Always read up on ingredients that you do not know anything about; even presctyption drugs. You never know.

I used the Appetite and Fat Blcok over the festive season with no side effects. The Appetite block is a real winner and helped kept the hunger away. I liked being able to take a tablet for fat intake when it was needed. I agree that to little product was given to see proper results, as i have been doing exercises and walking on a daily basis and have been losing weight slowly but surely since before the festive season. So can't say for sure whether the product really made a difference.

I totally agree. How can one really give a true feedback with basically only 3-5 days worth of tabs. Maybe for the younger testers that would work, but when you are getting on in years it takes longer to see a difference. Also, MAJOR problem, it was the festive season or did someone forget?? How does one diet that time of the year??

I'm afraid I'm not as enthusiastic as the testers above. I tested the products & felt it made no difference whatsoever. I also experienced side effects. From my own & friends' experience a balanced diet & exercise is the only way to loose weight & most importantly, to keep it off.
