Took a while to see the results

Lightweight and gentle
The wash and concentrate is very lightweight and non-greasy. It doesn’t irritate the skin. I wish it was more soothing and fast-acting.

Lightweight
1. Foaming Wash - This was lightweight and easy to wash off. Felt that my skin was cleansed quite well after the wash 2. Concentrate - I used this after the wash and it’s quite light even though it’s stated to be a concentrate. Absorbed well in my skin quite quickly.

My favourite beauty brands combined!
I was surprised to know that D Program Urban Damage Care is a collaboration between my two favourite health and beauty brands Shiseido and Watson's I love both products especially the foaming wash. I work in a restaurant and my skin is always exposed to the kitchen heat and the smell of food. I feel clean and moisturised after using the products.

Light, absorbent, gentle
The foaming wash was very gentle on my skin and it’s thorough enough to remove light makeup; concealer, foundation, powder. Despite being able to remove light makeup well, it still leaves your skin hydrated and moist. My skin doesn’t feel right and dry after wash. The care concentrate is very absorbent and doesn’t leaves your skin with a sticky after feel. Able to feel that my skin is supple after using it religiously for 3 days(2 times a day).

Lightweight
The foaming wash is lightweight and it does not cause dryness on skin after wash. The concentrate is abit thick, but it absorb quickly. It helps to reduce redness

Just okayish
Serum is good, light weight and keep skin hydrated but face wash didn’t do much for uneven skin tone. I feel like my skin is same as before

Decent and affordable!
The foaming face wash did not leave my skin tight despite my dehydrated skin type. Foam is easily dispensed but I would still prefer a cream cleanser for my skin type. Better for those with slightly oilier skin! The concentrate on the other hand is light and does not leave a sticky fillm even in this humid Singapore weather. Makes it easier to layer it with your other serums!

Mild and gentle
This product is best for sensitive skin. It feels very mild and gentle but also cleanses all the impurities. I love the foam type of facial wash. Moisturizer could be better if it is a fast absorption unto the skin. However, I strongly recommend this for you to try.
