Effective supplement for sleeping!
These supplements do not help you sleep, but it does help you "fall" asleep faster. Most of the time I would lie awake for 30-60 mins not being able to fall asleep. With these, I fall asleep within 10-15 mins (as feedback by hubby). Furthermore, I don’t really wake up in the middle of the middle. Thus, this is helpful and great!

Worth a try!
Firstly, the gummies are tasty (a tad bitter but mostly sweet) and it makes regular eating more enjoyable. Secondly, I noticed that I seem to be able to fall asleep faster whenever I take 2 gummies but I have to ensure that I leave my mobile aside and turn down the lights in the bedroom. Those nights I take 2 gummies before bed, I also tend to wake up lesser in the middle of the night. So this is definitely worth a try for the insomnia folks out there.

Calm you down for a good sleep
Very effective, let me relax and get sleepy within 1 hour but it is hard to fit into my schedule because it have sugar which I cannot take during fasting period. Hope that they have a sugar free formulae in future.

Effective and soothing

Effective in Helping You Sleep
It has a yummy berry taste. I like that with just 1 gummy I can fall asleep within 15 mins. Just remember to clock at least 6hrs of sleep though.You won't feel groggy the next day unlike when u take sleeping pills.

Quick sleep with Zzzs Sleep+De-Stress
I had trouble sleeping due to work stress, habit of using the internet and having a meal and drink before going to bed, and suffering from eczema. A day after using ZzzQuil, I could fall sleep quickly. It was wonderful. The sleep was deep and sound. I was not sleepy during the day like before. What a fantastic sleep improvement solution !

I was a little sceptical about this product initially. On the first day, I took 2 gummies. Had a very good sleep but woke up the next day feeling extremely melancholy and lethargic. Figured two was too much for me and switched to 1 the next night. Had a great sleep and felt much better the next day. I've been taking the gummies on and off whenever I don't have to wake up early for work the next day and it's been fantastic. I feel extremely well rested the day after and my quality of sleep seems to have improved as well. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a restful sleep and to relax after a long day.

Helped Me Sleep Better
Received in proper packaging, bubble wrapped & in a big box. Tried it for the trial & I was pleased. The gummies looked like FRUTIPS, but it tastes medicinal from the ashwagandha berries. From the 1st try I already felt sleepy within 15 minutes. Recommended to those who need to sleep better.
