Not really happy
I was expecting it to be a very good product but unfortunately I don't like the texture. It feels very heavy like a thick dry vaseline. My hands didn't feel nice after using it so I didn't want to try it on my face as I was worried it will cause break outs.

Thick moisturiser
Very thick texture almost like Vaseline, odourless which is lovely! Clear/white in colour. goes on the skin very easily, leaving skin feeling very nourished. I like how it can be used in face and body, no need to have more than one product on the go at once!

Good for dry skin
This does provide good moisture for the skin. My face especially, gets very dry this time of year so I was excited to try this and see if it helps. It did work and left my skin looking less dry and hydrated, however, it is a petroleum based so thick and greasy. It’s too much for my hands and I could only apply it to my face at night, but found it felt like a leave on hydrating mask. It’s fragrance free and you can use it on face, lips and body, even cuticles. Because of the thick greasy texture, it does make the skin feel protected as it creates a barrier. This is a product I would buy again when I have my dry skin period, but wouldn’t use it otherwise

The Holy Grail
Like it says in the title, this is the holy grail. When I first received this sample to test, I saw the description that says it could be used on the face, lip, and skin, and I thought this must be overrated. I however take that impression back lol. This does what it says. The first use confirmed all its claims and I am hooked!! I applied it in my chapped lip the first night and woke up with baby soft lips. Prior to now, I had tried several chapped lip treatments but none seem to have that effect. I also applied this to my skin and it literally locks in moisture and glides smoothly into the skin, leaving a well moisturised glowing skin. This is the truth guys!!!

Very good
It's a very good product overall. It does what it says on the packaging 'immediately protects and soothes dry and rough skin'. But it is very sticky (I know it's an ointment but I was hoping it will be less sticky then others). I would recommend this product so thank you @Hometesterclub for choosing me to test it.

Not blown away
I’m not sure id leave the house to purchase this to be honest. It just felt like applying Vaseline to my face and wasn’t the best at letting my skin breathe. Woke up to a few spots here and there which could be unrelated but I doubt it in my case. I’d rather purchase hyluronic acid in a different more stripped back form.

Great product
I suffer with very dry/cracked skin due to my job working with chemicals since using this product I have had no problems with my skin as it protects aswell as treats dry skin. I have struggled to find a good hand cream until now and I will continue to use this product.

Miracle worker
I've never found a product that works so well on my dried skin I suffer from really bad with chapped lips and instantly they felt nourished I was a bit worried about the texture as I found it a bit greasy however that settled down quite quickly. It's great that it's an ointment for all. So you don't have to buy separate ointment for face hands skin and lips. there is no smell to the product over all I highly recommend

Super moisturising and greaseproof
This ointment is amazing for winter dryness, I’ve used it so much that nearly the bottle is done, used by the whole family as it’s gives such amazing results as a moisturiser. Amazing! Such a good texture too and not greasy in the slightest, keeps skin soft and fresh for hours on end. Deffo a must have. Husband has even stolen it from me.

Great for dry and sensitive skin
The ointment was amazing with my dry skin. I have really sensitive skin and my hands are so dry at the moment. Using this ointment has made my hand so much better and it is also good on sensitive skin.

Actually Eradicates Dry Skin
Wanted to use CeraVe too see the hype and see if it does what it says, Must admit it does. I have dry cracked hands, and in this weather dry lips and thankfully this product that has been sent to me actually works, this will now be my daily skin care product and glad i got it sent to me.

This ointment is amazing.
This ointment is amazing it healed my skin, and it didnt clog my pores, it didn’t caused me any breakouts, and it’s consistency is not sticky at all feels so light on skin, it gave me instant relief from dry and irritated skin, i think this is one of the best product in cerave range. Recommend it to everyone.

Very hydrating
This product is very hydrating but I have found that you only need to use a little or your face will feel very greasy and it will take a long time to soak into the skin, but with using a smaller amount it does provide a lot of hydration, it’s also brilliant for dry cracked lips. I do recommend this product if you suffer with very dry skin, I will continue to use this product day to day
