It took some getting used to, but I definitely think it's worked! I always get very dry, chapped lips this time of year, so I thought I'd give it a try. Once you get past the smooth top layer, the exfoliating bit is just underneath. It doesn't usually come off onto your lips, so while the instructions say to rub your lips together to exfoliate, you actually have to rub the lip balm on them instead. It was gentle enough that it didn't hurt or make my lips bleed (I've had very abrasive scrubs in the past that have done this!), but still had a noticeable effect on my lips. The balm is very soothing, and it stays on for hours; I think it's reduced my dry lips since I started using it. I don't accidentally pick it up thinking it's a normal lip balm, because of the bumpy texture on the container. It feels a bit like braille. Very cool design feature!

Have used this for a few days now and have found it’s a great product but have had a few issues. When applying it took a while of me smacking my lips together before it fully dissolved but once done my lips felt soft and nourished. I have also developed a cold sore on my inner corner of my lip and unsure if it’s related to me doing it too often or the product itself.

I was unsure of this at first because the thought of an exfoliant but called “gentle scrub”, how could that work out?! But actually, it was really gentle and really moisturising like it says on the tin. It’s not too overpowering a scent as well so that was nice. I’m currently sat here after 5 days of use and can genuinely say that my lips fell extra soft and I don’t have any product of anything on them. I surpassingly enjoyed this and would go as far as saying that I’d purchase, even as a gift!

Not a lot of particles to actually scrub my lips and it didn't really help my dry lips flakiness. It did feel good on my lips but once it sinks in I find myself having to apply it again and I found I was applying it a lot, around 2/3 times an hour. I also found the further down the stick I got the less scrub particles were present. I like the normal Nivea and I wouldn't say this that was much better to justify the extra cost.

Nice lip balm leaves lips feeling smooth and soft a very good brand easy to use leaves lips exfoliated and smooth. Would Recommend and I would buy this product again.

I really really love this product. My lips have felt really soft since I’ve been using it and it has got rid of my dry lips. This is such a staple product for winter time when lips tend to be constantly dry.

This lipbalm is my new absolute favourite!! Let's start with the packaging - super quirky with bumps so you can easily identify where it is in your bag. Love it and links to the particles in the product that exfoliate your lips. Usually a good exfoliating lip balm dries your lips out but this does the opposite. My lips have fever felt softer. I will 100% be purchasing this item and will recommend to all of my friends.

So my lips have felt very soft. The scrub bit I did not really feel.
