Quick well balanced meal
I bought this from Tesco as I am trying to follow a balanced calorie controlled diet. It was so tasty and filling and I will definitely buy it again.

Presentation isn’t great
When I cooked this I was disappointed with how it looked- it just didn’t look appealing. However it tastes great and is better for you. If you want to watch to and can just eat without looking it’s fine

Tasty and tastes fresh
I really like this companies products. Super tasty and calorie controlled as well as super high protein . The chicken tikka is also very tasty. Highly recommended

Lovely ready meal
Bought this to try it and I was impressed, lots of flavour, lots of meat & veg in it and the portion size was good aswell, felt very full after eating it too. I would buy this again

Portion size is fair, tastes OK but a little strange. Little pricier than your average micro meal. Not sold in all supermarkets.

Really nice ready meal lovely flavors good size cooks well in the air fryer or oven would definitely recommend these if you want a quick meal/snack

Love gym kitchen
Have tried so much of the gym kitchen range as had GDM in pregnancy. So I ate a lot of these meals as I always found they kept my numbers in range. I’ve never been let down by these meals. They’re packed full of nutrient rich foods and keep me full and taste great. They’re also great when on offer I always stock up on them
