Not for me
I love trying meat alternatives, however this one is not good. Doesn't taste good and not a nice texture.

A good alternative
I usually buy verveta kebab veggies meat but this is a great alternative. Tastes how it should. Lovely in a wrap.

This isn't chicken
A really good quality meat substitute, the texture is quite similar to chicken which is helpful when I eat meat and my partner is vegetarian.

Love this!
This is an excellent meat substitute. We use it in stir fries and also for pasta dishes. The texture is really good and you can season it or marinate it and it picks up the flavours really well. Highly recommended.

Perfect
These have definitely become a staple in my household. They are easy to cook, versatile and perfect for different lunches or dinners. I would love to see more variations of flavour with this product.

Tough act to swallow
Very tasty but a hard texture that wasn't pleasant to eat. Tried it in a stir fry and ended up picking out most of the "chicken". The texture needs to be made a bit softer to make it enjoyable.

Smells awful, doesn't taste much better!
As soon as I opened the packet, I was hit with a rancid rotten egg kind of smell (yes it was still in date). After cooking it, the smell improved but I was still fearful it would taste as bad as it smelled. I heavily seasoned this to avoid that outcome, but it was not enough. Wouldn't recommend it, Taste & Glory Roast "chicken" remains my go to.

Doesn't Taste Good
My son has recently stated a desire to try and be vegan so I've been buying alternatives lately. He always loved chicken so I picked up some of these thinking they'd be great for him. The worst thing is the strange smell when you open the box, it is very pungent and lingers for a while. The taste is equally as unpleasant. They are simple enough to cook with and the texture is similar to chicken, but they need to work on the seasoning which has ruined this as an alternative.

Well sorry this is not for me. I bought this alternive for chicken. It didn't have the same texture as chicken and it left a metal taste, so it's definaly. Not for me....

Like the real thing
This is the closet thing to real chicken great product i can't recommend it highly enough the whole THIS range is great they have got it spot on it just feels like eating the real thing so if you like meat give this a go you don't have to be vegan

Texture is great, taste not so much
This is by far the closest vegan chicken product to the genuine thing, as far as texture is concerned. The appearance is also satisfyingly similar. What is not, unfortunately, is the taste and the smell. As soon as you open the packaging, the smell is overpowering, and somewhat unpleasant. You need to pretty strong sauce or seasoning to make these enjoyable. However, if you're using these as part of a curry, or something equally strong, they do actually make for a really good substitute.

amazing
oh my god this is amazing and really tasty i love the flavours or this had it in a wrap with salad and it was really filling it has a really nice texture too it and isn't dry at all highly recommend

loved these!
had this between soft warmed pitta breads with mint yoghurt and it tasted immense! the flavour and texture is definitely spot on and i will for sure be purchasing more of this and the rest of their range soon
