Fabulous
I thought AllerLife worked well. I don’t sleep well at all and am constantly trying to find things to help me sleep better and nothing works. AllerLife does. It helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. It is gentle, easy to swallow and has no after tastes. I highly recommend it.

No need to count sheep
I've been struggling with post-nasal drip, which makes it impossible to fall asleap easily. With Allerlife, I took to about 30mins before going to bed and by the time I put my head on the pillow, I was out. Great product.

Didn't notice a difference
I didn't really notice anything notable as far as it easing my allergy symptoms or making me sleep better, or even making me feel less tired. I think it was because of the melatonin. I find that it doesn't work for me anymore as far as assisting me in falling asleep.

though i would recommend AllerLife i would give a caution that if you're using to help you sleep you'll need something extra to help you fall asleep. that being said it helped immensely with my allergies and based on that alone i give this 3 stars.

Efficient
This supplement worked well. I took 2 capsules per the instructions, but personally I feel that one will suffice. It helped me sleep and stay asleep without feeling groggy the following morning. Would recommend to any allergy sufferers who have trouble falling and staying asleep due to allergy symptoms.

Night Night

Natural sleep
I like the fact that it's natural and helps with my clogged nose that I keep getting every time I'm sleeping. It doesn't take long to work, I feel asleep quicker than my prescribed medication. One thing I didn't like is that it's a capsules rather then tablet. I deal with acid reflux and I had Hart burn all night

Great Sleep
I have been taking Allerlife since I received it in the mail. I absolutely love it!!! The rest I get when U take it is so great and when I wake up in the morning I have zero grogginess. I wake up bright eyed and feel excellent. It's hard to understand how great it makes you feel, because I definitely had second thoughts about it until I used it. It helps a little bit with allergies, but I still have to take a Zyrtec daily. I will buy this product in the future and highly recommend to try it!!!!
