Banana Republic Vintage Green Eau de Parfum

I loved the smell, it didnt seem to last as long as some of the other perfumes I've purchased in the past.

I don’t have an exact preference on the “notes” or type of scents for perfumes- I like floral, musk, woodsy, citrusy, etc if done right. Floral scents are most prone to giving me headaches. The first time I smelled this perfume the first thing I picked up was a slight citrusy scent, followed by a floral one. It’s a bit of a heavier fragrance so those who are sensitive should steer clear. If I apply this VERY lightly it smells good, anymore I have an instant headache. I also didn’t find this to be as long lasting as I had hoped. Not a terrible scent but not a favorite and I wouldn’t purchase.

This smells wonderful. It definitely smells like a scenic outdoorsy adventure. The musk and cedarwood smell is strong and last all day. It didn’t say whether it’s for women or men but I’d buy it for my husband or brothers.

At first I found the scent of the Parfum to be a bit strong. But the longer I wore it, the more I enjoyed its warm, complex, fruity notes. Feels like a perfect daytime, summery confection to wear.

I really enjoyed the fresh scent of Banana Repulics' perfume. I will definitely tell my family friends how good it smells.

Overall, the fragrance isn’t terrible, but I found it to be too masculine for my taste. It’s very musky and almost peppery smelling. I also found that the scent faded very quickly. I probably wouldn’t purchase this fragrance.

Scent is strong at first then mellows out throughout the day. It smells woodsy with light floral notes.

It is not an abrasive smell but it smells like the slime my kids play with. It does not make me feel attractive.

Soft scent. Not overwhelming. Enjoyable for a simple night out.

I received a sample size of this perfume to review so was only able to test it over three days but I did really love this scent. It has a very citrus base which is quite ‘zesty’ and fresh and nothing like I have worn before. My husband noticed the new fragrance right away and complimented me on it right away. It lasted much of the day and I felt that for this reason it would be an excellent day to night choice of fragrance. I am unsure of the price point but I am going to look to purchase this as a treat to myself. I would loved to have seen a full size bottle to see how the packaging looked and how modern the bottle looked as this does play a part in influencing my perfume choices generally and the price I will ultimately pay. I would assume from the scent though and the reputable brand that this will retail for perhaps around $45 which I would be more than happy to pay for a 50ml bottle.

The Banana Republic Vintage Green Eau de Parfum is a very interesting and sexy scent. It's deep, sensual and a very pleasing scent.

It has a nice scent, it’s a very fresh clean outdoorsy scent.

Smells so good! I have been using it every day since receiving it and constantly receive compliments from my coworkers and friends. I've also had many people ask where I got it from/what brand it is. Am thinking of buying it for my sister for Christmas because she likes it so much as well!!

I really didn't like the smell of Banana Republic Vintage Green Eau de Parfu when I first put it on. It smelled extremely strong and like menthol. I am very happy to say about 10 minutes after applying it, the smell was magnificent. My husband and strangers that I passed by all complimented my smell and asked me what kind of Parfum I was wearing. So long story short, I still dislike the smell when first applied but I LOVE the smell afterwards and throughout the day. Another plus is that the lovely smell will literally last all day long for you, without needing to ever reapply!
