Hum by Colgate kids smart manual toothbrush kit

I like the brush but trying to sync the digital part was a little bothersome. It took a lot to set up, create an account etc

This toothbrush and App has been wonderful for motivating and improving dental skills for my kid. Part of it is of course being able to have my phone twice a day to use the app that goes with the toothbrush. It's a fun game format for brushing and really succeeds in accurately teaching how to brush better. I will definitely be continuing to buy the brush head replacements and using the app. Absolutely recommend this to other parents in person and online!

The replacement toothbrush instructions were easy to understand and follow. We love the colors of them as well. This product would be better if the Hum app showed your child's teeth while they are brushing them instead of a cartoon mouth and teeth.

The brush is awesome, my daughter loves it, it is easy to grip and is colorful.

This is a good product just not for my kid he just let the toothbrush sit there and listen to music and tricked the app

Overall, we have to give this a four. The idea of using an app to encourage brushing is amazing. It’s a bonus that it teaches the proper way to brush too. The kids find it fun to brush now. My only negative, is that it isn’t 100% accurate. As long as the camera can see the base of the toothbrush, it gives them credit. If they are supposed to be brushing in the back, but are working on the front teeth, it still gives them points. We are still working on following the “little monsters” around the mouth. The app doesn’t follow the teeth in a straight line, it jumps around, which is probably not a bad thing, it keeps the kids paying attention. Our boys enjoy receiving gems to upgrade their mask for their character (which is their actual face) and for the picture that’s taken at the end (neat feature to be able to save to the phone. It would also be nice if you could add more than one child to the app. We utilize the replacement brushes they sent, to allow our other son to participate too.

Sometimes it’s hard for kids to understand the importance of everyday tasks such as brushing teeth. It can become a dreaded time for me as a parent as I struggle and plead to get my child to brush. However, the Hum toothbrush by Colgate is a total game changer, literally. They have tapped into kids’ interests and have gamified brushing to make it a much more engaging, and better yet, effective practice for kids. The app is incredible as I guides and teaches a child how long to brush, ensuring all parts of the mouth are covered. Each day is a chance to earn rewards and move on the game board. My child now looks forward to this cool experience each day, and as a parent, I’m relieved to know my child is using best practices to clean and maintain good oral health. The design of this brush is great too. The bristles are extra soft, and the size of the head is great for little mouths. It is an attractive brush and is designed to fit perfectly in her little hand.

My daughter loved the toothbrush! One of the main things that she mentioned was the handle. It made it easier to hold so she could brush better! I think it did the job and would recommend this toothbrush!

This was very fun for my daughter to use she really enjoyed the app. My only complaint is the stand kept falling over when she was using it. Overall I think it’s a fun idea and my toddler enjoyed it.

Seems like a great concept but definitely needs improvement. The app is constantly losing track of our toothbrush and my son (4yo) ends up getting bored

My daughter never likes brushing her teeth! This toothbrush is very interactive and has made her look forward to brushing her teeth!

My daughter really liked the toothbrush and I was able to make our bedtime routine more fun especially while brushing their teeth! I would definitely recommend this fun little toothbrush for the kids.

THIS TOOTHBRUSH HAS MADE IT 100% BETTER WHEN ITS TIME FOR MY CHILD TO BRUSH HER TEETH. VERY EASY TO USE AND NOW I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT HER WHEN ITS TIME TO BRUSH HER TEETH!!
