Great Dupe
I love that this pre-shampoo works to restore bonds to my very, very, damaged home-bleached-gonewrong hair. After a few washes using the pre-shampoo, shampoo, and conditioner, I can honestly say that my hair is starting to recover. I have noticeably less 'springiness' when wet, which previously was a huge problem for me. I have used Olaplex a handful of times but find myself reaching for this more often as the time to let the product sit on my head is shorter, therefore, fits into my life easier. Grateful to have found this product!

After using John Frieda Blonde+ Repair System Pre-Shampoo Treatment on several occasions, I can say that it definitely helps to protect my hair. Blonde Repair Step 1
This is a pre-shampoo MUST DO for blondes! I use this in the shower before I wash my hair, I wet it and lather some of the step 1 in, then rinse it all out & shampoo with step 2. Followed with step 3 conditioner & I literally feel like I just left the salon. Every. Time.

So often shiny with no Frizz
This is a nice treatment for colored hair. Especially if it's blonde, Can using heat like a flat iron four blowdryer. After bleaching my hair for several years, it has been come. Dry and brittle on the ends. This product really did a great job at rehydrating and smoothing down the frizz on the damaged ends. You leave the product on One minute. Then you shampoo your hair and add the conditioner. It left it silky smooth for several days. How do I recommend this product for anyone who colors hair.

Amazing repair system
This is my first time using the pre-shampoo treatment and it's so wonderful. My hair is dry and frizzy and after using the treatment with shampoo and conditioner my hair looks so much healthier. It's not frizzy anymore, looks shinier and smooth. My highlights looks brighter and no more split ends.

GREAT SYSTEM
I love this product line. The Bond Building Pre Treatment is the first step of the three step system I used. Applied to wet hair and left to sit for no longer than 5 minutes before rinsing and then shampooing and conditioning. I felt that my hair was so much stronger after just the first use. Hair was more than just feeling as though it was thicker, it was like I had more hair and noticed less fall out. Overall this is a great product!!

Must Have!
I have really enjoyed this John Frieda Blonde Repair Pre Shampoo Treatment. I don’t think my hair has ever looked this healthy. My hair is softer, less frizzy and there’s less breakage. I can visibly see a major difference. It has the to be the bond building complex in it! This whole set are my new favorite pre shampoo, shampoo and conditioner. I will be buying more when I run out but they will be a while since the bottles are huge!!

Manageable hair
My hair was very dry and unmanageable. I had a lot of frizz as well. After the first round of shampoo and treatment I noticed a lot of difference. My hair started to behave and calm down. It wasn't as dry and rough feeling as it was prior to treatment. The bigger bottles are great because I also have a lot of hair and need a large amount of product for one wash. They all are thick and creamy with a very light scent. I was able to detangle my long hair easily with the conditioner. I also noticed my hair color lightened up a bit and was nice and shiny. I will definitely buy this to use again.
