Great on my skin
I love the make remover. It works so well I even used it on my hair dye stained skin and all the dye came off fast I know it’s not meant for that but as I was removing my make up I realized it also removed dye off my skin that I had trouble removing before. Definitely a great product for make up and good on my skin. It doesn’t irritate my skin.

It really does melt!
If you are someone that doesn't have problem skin, this cleanser really did wonders with removing my makeup. I didn't have to scrub at my face to feel like my makeup was completely removed, Makeup Melting being part of the name is truly fitting! When I dried my face, it wasn't all red like it is after using some other cleansers. I don't think that if your primary concern is acne it is the best cleanser, but it surely didn't make my acne worse or anything.

Not good
It smells bad. It didn’t take off half of my make up. It left my face feeling like I had rubbed lotion and a rubber texture.

Good makeup cleanser.
Ohhh really cleaned away my makeup, even eyeliner & mascara, which i usually have to use coconut oil to wipe clean first. The cleanser is lightly scented, which i think unnecessary if they really wanted to make it acceptable for all skin types. At least it didn't leave my skin super dry or gave me a rash after used. It contains no sulfate, parabens, phthalate, alcohol or oil.

Neutrogena Refreshing Jelly Cleanser
This is a first cleaner I’ve used with this type of formula. It worked fantastic for me in terms of makeup removal, especially my waterproof voluminous mascara, which is notoriously hard to remove. I did NOT have to repeat cleanser after first use. Face was not dried or tight afterwards. Unfortunately, I have very oily skin, it’s my main skin concern and I feel as if this cleanser added to my oil, so I followed up with some other things. But if you have normal or even dry skin then this is perfect for you.

Great for sensitive skin makeup removal
This face wash is great! It effectively removed all my leftover eye makeup (the stuff that was still there after using a cheap eye makeup remover) and it left my skin feeling extremely soft! I have sensitive skin, and I absolutely would recommend this as it is formulated without so many harsh ingredients like soap, alcohol, sulfates, and fragrance. I really like it!

Even for sensitive skin
This Neutrogena Jelly cleanser was mild enough for sensitive skin but somehow still help remove makeup residue. I did double cleanse with this product to make sure all the makeup was completely removed. It's non drying on the skin and even though it's a Jelly cleanser it feels moisturizing.

Good, Refreshing and Clean
Neutrogena's Makeup Melton Refreshing Jelly Cleanser was fun to use. It did a pretty good job of removing my makeup at the end of the day, but it's performance is comparable to other cleansers. It has a lovely scent, and was refreshing to use. I think it would make a good cleanser/makeup remover to use in the summer.

Love it!
Usually makeup remover aimed cleansers strip my face of any kind of moisture. I feel so dull and dehydrated afterwards. This does the exact opposite! My face is clean and refreshed! No harsh feeling of dry skin afterwards.

Not for me
I was really hoping to like the Neutrogena melting jelly cleanser but sadly that was not the case. The cleanser did not remove my make up I still have to use a make a wipe.

One swipe and done
Wiped off my makeup off my face now that we have to wear masks I add extra layers of primer, powders and foundation one swipe and done. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was that it burned my skin. My skin has been too sensitive lately so anything can irritate it. Not for sensitive skin.

Gentle but be careful for sensitive eyea
It was good at removing stubborn eye makeup and was fairly gentle. The cleanser and fragrance were also slightly irritating to the eyes

Great cleaner
I’m using Bioderma cleanser but really like this jelly cleanser so much. I massage into dry skin and remove with a slightly damp washcloth. It removed all the eyeliner and mascara I had no problem without having to rub or scrub too hard. In my opinion, smooth consistency that easily removes makeup and is gentle for face washing.
