Hydrating & Use with/without Water
I've now used this Skin Balancing Milk Cleanser by Neutrogena several times. Each time, I looked forward to using it because this cleanser is super luxurious. What I loved the most about this cleanser is its uniqueness; it can be used with or without water and you get the same results each time. I've used it as a cleanser as well as a makeup remover. It is also easy to use and quickly and easily removes all my makeup and dirt. I liked that it also lightly hydrated my skin. I like that it works so well with my dry skin. The product has an amazing scent of roses and a nice creamy white texture. The packaging is super cute too. I like that it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients. I'd definitely recommend this cleanser to everyone.

I really enjoyed using the neutrogena skin balancing milky cleanser it was easy to wash off i was able to get a good size anount the spout didnt clog up and my skin was smooth after using the product

Skin feels amazing!

Milky and smooth
Folks if you have dry skin, then you will want this amazing cleanser! It’s exactly how it is described “milky”. I have such dry skin that I usually just deal with the drying cleansers I was using. Now that im not using that old cleanser my skin just looks so much better. My makeup goes on much more smooth and when I do apply my moisturizer my skin doesn’t eat it right up. Having a better skincare routine really has made a difference in my skin and it’s made me feel much more confident. A little goes a long way and it removes the heavy mascara I wear and all the dirt, bronzer and foundation I wear so heavy without a fight. I’m not having to scrub real hard which is bad for your skin I love that it just can be lifted off with smooth strokes with your fingers. My skin isn’t irritated and red afterwards.

Magic in a bottle.
This is magical milk in a pink container! This cleanser is very creamy and cuts through dirt and makeup with no problem. It leaves your skin feeling super clean without any harsh exfoliation or chemicals. I used this product for 4 days before I noticed improvements. It cleaned up the little acne I had on my chin and cheeks, but did not dry my skin out at all. I have definitely found my new cleanser!

Neutrogena Milky Cleanser for Dry Skin
Super milky and hydrating cleanser... great for dry skin. The smell is not my favorite, I would prefer to to be fragrance free honestly. Gets off any leftover makeup residue, makes your skin feel super clean but not stripped. Definitely recommend, but would love to see a fragrance free option in the future, or for them to just take out the fragrance.

Clean AND moisturized
I like Neutrogena Skin Balancing™ Milky Cleanser because it cleans without leaving my skin dry; instead leaves my skin moisturized and fresh. It is for dry and sensitive skin, but unfortunately, it still stings when I use it, especially when using it in the waterless method than with water. Overall, I like the product; I just wish it didn't sting me 🙁
