Really works
this is a real review because goodness me this stuff really works. i spent about 10 years suffering with breakouts and this fixed me! I'm not exaggerating. i put this on at the first feel of a bump and it gets rid of it. no more pimples all over! even when one comes out it cuts down the redness quickly and by a day or two it has vanished. i apply at night to my affected areas after washing my face.

I received Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment free in exchange for my honest review. I used this product about 1 week to make sure I gave it a fair review. It works!!!! I always break out in pimples on my nose and forehead. I washed my face and applied the cream. It blends right in the skin, and you cannot notice it at all. No strong odor either. It dried up my pimples in a matter of 2 days, not even, and made them go away. YES!!! I honestly really love this product and will be buying and using it from now on. I highly recommend it too.

Works like magic!
I have PCOS, which means lots of fun acne even in my 30s. It's been an uphill battle, but I've managed to get it mostly under control. I do get the occasional breakout, which is where spot treatment is essential - if I start getting an itchy spot, I know a pimple is on the way, and I need to take quick action - if it comes to the surface, it takes me weeks to get rid of them and they always leave discoloration behind. My skin loves benzoyl peroxide, so I reach for this Neutrogena On-The-Spot acne treatment to help resolve the pimple before it can erupt. I love that it works quickly - less than 6 hours after I apply, the itchiness stops and the pimple stops being palpable - a day later and it's like it was never there! Be aware that this chemical does stain colored fabrics, so if you wipe your face while wearing benzoyl peroxide, your towel will definitely never look the same!

Not drying
If you tried one you tried them all right? Wrong. This is the first benzoyl peroxide cream I have used that did NOT dry my skin out. I get cystic hormonal acne every month. It usually takes about 2 weeks for the cyst to heal. This month I used this and they were going down in a matter of days. My face did not get dry or itchy, even though i used twice a day.

I'm pretty happy with the spot treatment. I've always used Clearasil and this definetly works just as well but a little cheaper. I've always struggled with all different types of acne and the spot treatment helps make those stubborn spots go away within a couple days vs a week(s)

Fast Results!
This Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment has a white creamy texture and applies evenly. Once dry, the product was flakey almost like dried peeling skin...But i left it alone to let the medication do it's job. Before bed I applied another coat and again allowed medication to dry and leave a peeling residue of product on my face once again...Their was no burning it itching when using this product. When morning came i washed my face and couldn't believe the results and after only one day! It worked faster then I expected! But I couldn't use this product under my makeup since the product dried giving a flakey residue that didn't make my skin look too appealing...

Works great
This product worked well at getting rid of minor pimples. It also did not dry my skin out bad. On smaller bumps I used it only once a day. And with bigger bumps I used it three times. But by the next day they were a lot smaller. Overall, worked exactly as expected.

Not really sure about this.
I'm not really sure if this helped heal my skin, or, if it was time. I used it, but it sure took a long time to see any changes. It could have just been the normal healing process, and everyday, face washing.

Vanishes acne spots away
This product really worked for me! I tend to get acne spots pop up seemingly out of nowhere from time to time. And they are usually those big red ones that are all under the skin and hurt and last for days. Well, once I started using this product, I saw results almost instantly! The pain went away almost on contact and by the next day, had already gone down significantly ! And it wasn't just once or on one spot, but like every spot I put it on. This has definitely become my new favorite weapon to fight my stupid acne. Almost can't wait for the next one to pop up so i can attack it and watch it lose.

I’m peeling happy
Neutrogenas On-the-spot acne treatment is really great. I have found that my teenage daughter, who peels easily using benzoyl peroxide, is able to use this wth her sensitivities. The 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream disappears instantly and goes to work destroying acne without making it look worse by it peeling. There is nothing worse than a big fat pimple or patch of acne, made ten times worse by dry, painful and peeling skin. I saw improvements in my daughters face by morning. It has really reduced size and pain. She was able to treat the pimple effectively within a few days. She has had a marked improvement in her overall facial skin as she’s using a thin layer over problem areas.
