Wonderful
So I started using this product at the beginning of my workout journey because my hair would get so much buildup. I tried this product and it was a game changer. I didn’t have to shampoo after every gym visit and it was great for my kinky/coily hair.

Not impressed
This is basically dry shampoo which I’m not a fan of. When I put it on it felt like sea salt spray I use sometimes to tease my hair. If you like fry shampoo then you might like this product.

Protection for your hair
This sweat proof spray adds a barrier to your hair that protects it from sweat and humidity. It's not sticky, has a great smell, and I can go the next day until I wash my hair again. I am definitely adding this to my bag every trip to the gym.

Ouidad No Sweat Post Workout
The Ouidad No Sweat Workout Spray actually worked very well. Every morning before work I walk 2 miles on my treadmill and I took the opportunity to try it out and it does work… I have to say it worked so well will keeping my hair dry that I have used it up and purchased another. Love it !!!

Ouidad works rather well but make sure you don't get much in your hair because it did make mine feel sticky and I do have color treated hair. It did do what it said about using before workouts, etc and did last for 6 to 7 hours.

Great smelling after work out spray.
This workout mist is amazing. Keeps your hair feeling fresh and clean. I love that it didn’t feel hard once I sprayed. After a workout I usually don’t smell that great but this spray smelled amazing. It left my hair feeling soft and clean. I highly recommend.

Better than Dry Shampoo!
This post workout mist is amazing. I use it after my workouts, and it helps to dry up all the sweat and buildup, without the dryness that you can sometimes get with a dry shampoo. As a mom of four time is limited and this product helps! My curls feel more defined & hydrated after using.

Not impressed with the overall performance of this product. It did work better than dry shampoo and did extend time in between shampoos.
