These glasses are very comfortable and light, it seems like they do help reduce eyestrain when you are spending many hours at the computer. They look good too.

The glasses are a nice quality with spring back hinges and overall a comfortable fit that does not slip down your nose. The blue blocking is almost unnoticeable as far as color variation and there is no noticeable overall loss of brightness. After wearing these glasses for a couple of hours while working on a computer and phone my eyes where noticeably less stressed than usual without them.

Screen shades are designed to reduce the toll taken on your eyes by looking at screens all day, much the same as I am looking at a screen to type this review. They work by filtering half of the blue light emitted from screens and all of the UV light, and if you're like me, taking the amount of screen you have and cutting it in half is definitely saving your eyes a lot of strain. After I used them the first day, I noticed a difference. It was almost as if my eyes felt refreshed comparatively to before and they can be used anywhere since they don't distort color, so you can wear them to work on a computer, send texts to friends, or watch tv. Also included with the glasses are a pouch to carry or store the glasses in, which double as a microfiber cloth to maintain and clean your glasses. I really enjoyed my experience using them and will continue in the future, thus my rating of 5 stars.

i was amazed at the differiance it made when i put on the shades. the screen was so much clearer and the glare was gone. i truly did not think it would make a differance but it really did . i am glad i got a chance to try these shades.
