SOL by Jergens Tropical Tan Tinted Mousse - Deep

I use self tanner all year around, so would like to say this was the product for my to test and I was so happy when Home Tester Club chose me to sample Jergans new Sol no wait tropical tan mouse! I’m very fair toned but I love a deep/dark tan. I really loved the smell of this new product! Sometimes self tanner can have that funky smell we all know I’m referring to. I followed the instructions and made sure to exfoliate as much as possible. I really loved that this one in particular is a mouse texture rather than lotion. It’s perfect for a last minute beach or lake invite as you can see the color almost immediately and intent from there. I was happy to say that this product didn’t require any over night settling or having to shower. I will definitely be purchasing this item as my new self tanner! I’ve used many expensive brands and I’m happy to say this one worked the same or even better. I reapplied the next day to secure a dark shade I was looking for!

I’m honestly shocked. I am a professional spray tanner, and Have never found a color from a store that presents beautiful results. This was honestly shocking. I used it and so did my light skinned, red head daughter. I was nervous because usually her fair skin turns bright orange with tanning foam and lotions from the store, and only I can spray her with professional solution. This was absolutely beautiful on both of us. I highly recommend this product! If you want to be darker, you can go over it the next day with zero streaks and it looks great! I loved it and would recommend to clients who need a cheaper solution when they can’t get to the salon.

I was surprised how good this product smells when you apply it to your skin, which was my favorite part of it. I’ve tried similar products before but always hated the smell of them on my skin but not this. It looks good and last a while.

I'm pale as can with pink undertones. This gave me the best glow without making me orange. It smells amazing. I love that I can see where I put it on so no guessing if I missed a spot. Not streaky at all. And it lasted

The initial color was good and dark. It was easy to put on. The color in the days after still look great. The initial smell was wonderful. It still has the usual tan smell that appears later on. I've been using sunless tanners for the past 20 years. It is just as good as St. Tropez. I would give it 5 stars if the after smell gould somehow be avoided!

You can quickly and easily darken your skin to a beautiful tan without the harmful rays from the sun. It doesn't leave streaks and spreads evenly and seamlessly across your skin.

Super easy to apply. Goes on with no streaks whatsoever. Color lasts a long time. Doesn't transfer onto clothes. My whites stay white!

I love this stuff!! It deposits the perfect color and doesn't look too orange. Even the deep one doesn't make you oompa loompa looking! Used with the mit, it leaves no streaks or runs!

The directions say you just apply and carry on with your day, but this product definitely smells and stains your clothes. Color and formula are good though. I’m glad I got to try!

This easy to apply deep tanning mousse quickly gives me that even sun kissed healthy glow within seconds with no wiping or washing needed. It doesn't bleed onto light or dark clothes so there's no wait, no wash, and no worry. No instant orange or fake bake color. It smells clean and fresh, nothing like there typical instant tan. l

I loved this sunless Tanner! My skin didn’t turn out green or dirty looking. Gave me a very clean sunkissed tan look.

So I’m basically an expert on spray tans (not really but I use them enough that I feel like it lol) and I’ve tried them all from expensive nearly $100 bottles from Ulta all the way down to $5 bottles from dollar store and I was thoroughly impressed with this one! I love that it shows up immediately which makes it easier to apply without missing any spots. I was SUPER white since it’s middle of winter and one application (“deep” shade) was enough to make me really dark. It gets darker as the day progresses, I applied at night then didn’t shower til next evening. It’s usually hard to get my knuckles blended without looking splotchy and I was surprised at how blended they look being that I rushed while applying so I could do it when my son was napping. Not sure of the exact price but I know jergens is affordable so as far as that goes, it is 100% worth it. It easily compares with with $60-70 bottles of spray tan I’ve tried. Going on day 3 and haven’t had to reapply or touch up yet.

This tanner is not strongly scented, and what scent there is doesn't smell like tanner. It is a foam that you need to apply and feather quickly as it can dry fast. That means you're better off doing one small section at a time so it doesn't dry before you spread it on. There were many spots on my legs where it appears to have dried unevenly, and I think it's a mixture of it drying too fast for me to spread it out appropriately, and not exfoliating those spots well enough. Either way, this foam will need to be applied with care to get the result you want.

As a user of Jergens self tanning products since early 2000s, ai can definitely see the improvement! There are other tanners that have a base color to help match your natural color (like green or grey), and some with additional shimmer, which this product doesnt have. It's a great basic tanner- just be extra careful around elbows and knees. Will be a little spotty, but the color builds up great within just a few hours
