Gimmick technology, quality products
The heated aspect didn't really make a difference. I did not even feel an improvement in ease or smoothness of shaving, or the way my skin felt, or even the rinsing of the razor. What was as good as expected was the shave cream and oil. I did not like the scent on the aftershave. Either it felt a bit too strong and lingered too long or I was picking up an aspect of the scent I just didn't like. I did not like the thickness and stickiness of the aftershave. It felt like a cheap lotion that was left too long in warehouse. So of all the items here, that and the razor I would not use again. The brush method is not my preferred method, but it was made of quality. With how good the cream is, you can just use your hands on a wet face and have a very good shave.

Fantastic product

Art of shaving
It was nicely packaged, looked so cool and expensive. The kit was easy to use and has easy to follow directions. The pre shave oil was nice to the touch, and I loved the lather from the shaving cream with the brush. The razor shaved nicely and the aftershave was cool to the touch.

Product is smooth!
Overall the products included in this kit is great! The razor is smooth and confident without any hesitation of razor burn! The brush can be better to lather up the shaving cream, but that's personal preference. After shave feels nice on the face with a scent of man! The pre-shave is a nice way to start the shaving experience!

Perfect kit
What I really love about this set is that the scent is consistent across all items - the pre-shave oil, shaving cream, and the after-shave balm. The fragrance is manly and persists for a while. The razor is the winner, however. It provides a close and smooth shave. I only need to make one pass for an amazingly close shave. Love it!

Quality shaving essentials with a great
This is not my first time using products from The Art of Shaving, and they never let me down. The pre shave oil, shaving cream and after shave balm make me feel as if I'm getting a straight razor shave from my favorite barber without leaving the comfort of my own bathroom. The sandalwood fragrance is amazing, without being overwhelming.

Fantastic products!
The smell and feel of the Art of Shaving, Sandalwood is amazing, as well as the feel. I love the brush; just a dab of shaving cream and feel the rich lather. The pre shave oil is wonderful. I never used before, but now it’s in my shave routine. The after shave lotion is a great way to finish it off and leaves your skin feeling hydrated refreshed. I simply enjoyed all the products in the kit and love the sandalwood scent very soft and light, not over powering. The Art of Shaving is my favorite shaving product and will be gifting this holiday season and it comes nicely boxed. Trust me, it’s a have.

Great, highly recommend
First off, great packaging as a bundle! It has all the elements you need for healthy skin and shaving. I tend to get razor burn and the shaving cream is great to prevent cuts or scrapes while shaving. This oil is thicker that I expected and is super helpful for the skin right before applying shaving cream - a little goes a long way! Overall, you simply must try this product! In fact, I'm getting a kit for my father this coming holiday!

Pretty good just smelly
I liked the balm and the pre oil although the scent is a little strong for my wife’s taste. Not sure if it’s just the sandlewood scent. The box is nice and the brush is soft.

Best shave I've had, period!
This is the best shave I've had in a very long time, I am not kidding. This kit is so good, I purchased two kits for Christmas gifts. My skin feels better than it has in twenty years, I highly recommend this.
