Tastes great!

Flavorful packed with energy
Great taste. Gave me the perfect amount of energy to exercise without feeling overwhelmed. I usually take it after 9pm, because it's around the time i exercise, and i have notice it let’s me sleep afterwards.

The boost your body needed
As a mother of 4 who gained 80 pounds I have tried many drink mixes etc. Women's Best pre-work out booster is just what you need to give you that extra oomph when you feel like you can't finish your workout. I definitely recommend this product it tastes amazing and it doesn't let you quit. I know you all have started working out and on the 4th or 5th day your sore and want to take a break but women's Best pre workout gives you the energy needed to keep going. Another thing I liked was that I didn't crash after having all that energy. After my workout I just felt really good and proud of myself that I did every crunch, squat,sit up etc that I said I was going to do.

Great Supplement for Workouts!
I usually only get about 6 hours of sleep each night due to long working hours, so it’s tough to not have a sluggish morning fitness routine. As someone who is caffeine sensitive, I’ve struggled to find a product that doesn’t make me jittery. I’ve found that using about 3/4 scoops of this product work best for me and gives me enough energy to take on my routine. Product tastes pretty good but wish it didn’t contain sucrose. Overall, it’s an affordable supplement and I’ll definitely continue to buy it again.

Women's Best Pre-Workout
I've never tried a pre-workout before so I was a little apprehensive of this. I also never expect these kind of powdered beverages to taste very good. I was very surprised by how good this actually tasted, which made it easy to drink quickly so the effects would kick in as soon as possible. I don't know if it was a mental placebo effect or not, but but I did feel like I was able to put more effort and hard work into my workouts when I used this beforehand. I also didn't feel like it was simply high powered caffeine that can leave you feeling like your heart is beating out of your chest and had no kind of "crash" afterwards. This pre-workout has given me a really great experience with my first pre-workout product.

The flavor was a bit off the first few times I tried it and then my taste buds craved the taste and the powder was absolutely amazing. My workouts felt more smooth and relaxed, it gave the muscles the extra uhmpf I need to get a few more sets in.

Amazing
This pre workout is amazing, I use it every afternoon before Zumba class or workout, I was Skeptical of using it in the evening because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep after but that was not the case, I got so much energy after talking it, after using all of my energy at the gym, I was able to have a peaceful and restful night. This is a must have.

Great pre-workout booster!
This is a great product to use before exercising. I love the extra boost it gives, that it’s lactose free, sugar free, and aspartame free! I do wish it didn’t have so much caffeine, so I could use it for evening workouts. Overall, really good product!
