hydrating

I have very noticeable pores and this product helps make my pores less noticeable! It is very hydrating and smoothing. This a must before you apply makeup. It helps you look flawless and helps your makeup last for hours! This is a very lightweight product and you do not even feel it on your skin. This is a staple in my routine!

Prefer the original Porefessional Primer

I love Benefit Cosmetics and have used the original formula of the Porefessional Primer which I love. This one however didn't seem to blur my pores or smooth my face for makeup as well as the original. I think maybe it depends on the skin type and may work well for someone with dry skin, but for me with my oily T zone I prefer the original primer to this one.

Great primer

I've been in the beauty industry for over 22 years now as a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician and professional makeup artist. Benefit is known for its Brow products but they did this primer right. It leaves your skin a perfect canvas for makeup application..

Amazing primer

I generally don’t use primer in fact I would rather use moisturizer and sunscreen but this is by far one of the best primers I could have found. I would definitely purchase again or recommend to others.

Face primar

Well I didn't care for this much. It just doesn't have that natural look that I prefer and I'm very light completed and this made me look orange. I'm sure if u had darker complexion it would be perfect. Recommend for dark complexion.

Love it

I normally love BENEFIT POREfessional but never tried the Hydrate Primer and because I have dry skin, I thought I would love and I did! It is hydrating, glides on smoothly, and takes my pores away!

Love this primer

This is such a classic primer and it’s amazing it has been a staple for me for years it fills in your pores wonderfully my skin looks so smooth when I play foundation after applying the primer I recommend it.

Hydrating, But Doesn't Help My Makeup

I've heard the Porefessional hype for years and assumed it wasn't working for me since I have drier skin, so I was excited to test out this hydrating variant. Unfortunately I was equally disappointed with the performance of this primer. My skin didn't feel or look dry after applying, but my makeup melted off my face within a couple of hours. It has little to no staying power.

Love Benefit

I use this and the matte primer as well abd happen to like that was a little bit better. In my opinion it hides pores and wrinkles a bit better than this one. Which is the only reason I have it t a 4 star review and not 5. However, I have loved all Benefits products I have tried.

My go to face primer!

I have loved benefit porefessional primer since it was launched years ago but this hydrationg version is perfection! It’s difficult when you want something to minimize your purses matting shine but that will also hydrate, it’s pretty much impossible to find a product to do such a thing till this primer came along! It’s amazing!
