I have tried other alkaline powders in the past but could not stomach the taste. OstepEze berry flavor tastes great AND it dissolves properly, minimizing the powdery texture when you drink it. After 1 week my joint pains are better but have not disappeared completely, so not sure if long term use will further improve the results. Also the fast acting effect seems to have the down-side that if you skip a day you notice that immediately too. The important takeout is that this product will be on my monthly shopping list going forward as myself and my husband will continue to use this product on a daily basis.

I"ve tried numerous products for acid reflux from rennies to gaviscon and it only helped for that instance. Alkaline powder I only drink it once a day and it helps throughout the day.

what amazes me is that i can immediately feel the difference in my body with regards to my energy levels and my acid levels. i normally get acid cramps at least once a week but i haven't had any cramps this week. i am seriously impressed and will continue to use this product.

After receiving my package I was sceptical as my gout are caused by the chemo I'm taking for my psoriasis. In my 2nd week I have seen results. I can move without feeling I'm going to break. It's an excellent product. It really battles the side affects of my treatment. I still have 5 months left on my treatment and now I have a solution to a very big problem.
