Feel protected and confident
Always discreet long pads are perfect for allowing you to be confident to be yourself because you don't have to worry about your bladder/pelvic floor letting you down. They stay dry and feel comfortable and you feel protected from embarrassment. I would recommend them to anyone who is having the occasional bladder leak.

Length, comfort and great abdorbency!
A snug fit pad that allows comfort, security and protection against leakage. The size was abit more than I require at this stage, along with the padding, meant my trousers appeared shorter. The smell from the pad, although fresh, was not a favourable smell leaving me feel mildly concerned it may have been noticed by others.

Good at the job they're designed for
Not quite right for me unfortunately. Long was way too long and felt quite nappy like. The pads had a pleasant odour, but it was quite strong. The pads didn't feel comfortable on me, but that may because I'm quite slim. The pads were absorbent when and where they needed to be most but that's all they were good for. I'm sure they would be ideal for someone, but not quite right for me.

Not for me
Did not feel comfortable in these and they cut into my inner thigh. I found the fragrance not very nice. The length was too long for LBL. Maybe more suitable for periods but not LBL

Not so discreet always discreet
They were well made, super thick and would hold a lot, but not suited to a younger person. For a middle aged to older person they would be perfect because the length is enough for any leakage.

Peace of mind but too long.
Peace of mind but so big. I avoided wearing these until I was absolutely sure I was likely to be in a situation when leakage was likely. Pleasant fragrance although I’d prefer none. Far too long to be comfortable inside bikini brief underpants.

Always Discreet LONG
They are thin and do the job of protecting from leakage quite well. You just have to be prepared that the long length really is long and takes some adjusting to. ( 34 c/m long )
